Our room was located on the third floor and there was no lift in the part of the hotel where our room was located. Not good for my 83 year old Grandma Our room was booked for 3 people but was only set up for 2 people The room was advertised to have a safe but there was no safe in the room No shower ...

Prince Rupert Hotel
Cuando llegue al hotel me dicen que no tienen habitaciones disponibles y que ha sido un error de ustedes . Tuve que buscar otro hotel y por supuesto no con hoteles.com que no sé si volveré a utilizar . Dos cancelaciones el mismo día y encima ustedes ya me han cobrado la habitación .

Tedsmore Cottages
Staff were lovely and welcoming even with a self check in! Came to make sure we had a travel cot and high chair for our baby as we didn’t specify age of our youngest child! Lovely sight we can’t wait to go back

Cottage at Vennington, near Shrewsbury
We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a beautiful and immaculately clean cottage in a lovely, quiet setting. There were lovely touches like board games, dvds and books on the local area in the cottage. We would definitely recommend staying here.
