The host was very welcoming and accommodating. We loved the house … clean, comfortable and really a beautiful home. The location was quite and just a 6 minute ride to town to restaurants and shops. We hope to be back next year!!!!

House was in great shape and conveniently located to move from one end of the island to the other by golf cart. As others have stated, the driveway/road to the house is rough.

Nice place.....off the path

We had a little trouble finding it, but once we got in contact with manager he lead us to it. Road to house was a little rough but manageable. The inside was great, clean and plenty of space and an extra bedroom we didn't expect. Thought it had just one and the loft, but actually had 2 bedrooms and the loft. Worked out great... We lost power one night and the backnup genny kicked on which was really nice. Great hosts, would stay again.

Great property! We will stay again

The property perfect for our stay for a family Wedding. It is well appointed with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. It has an automatic full house generator which was needed several times during our stay. The owner was very easy to reach and took great care of us when on the island.

Great Stay

I had a wonderful stay at this property. All amenities are as stated in the listing The owner was extremely helpful in trying to help me with a problem I had with a Golf Cart rental (he did not have anything to do with the problem)There were also a couple of incidents at the property which were resolved very quickly (within half an hour)The only minor inconvenience is the very short access road to the property which is extremely bumpy (not paved)I recommend this property

Great stay at Magnolias!

We had a great trip at Magnolias! Perfect little house for 2 couples each with our own bathroom, plus there is a loft that we didn’t use but would’ve been great for kids. Plenty of kitchenware for cooking, beautiful open concept with big island as you can see in the pictures. It is a little “off the beaten path” but the host graciously met us at the dock to show us the way and had great communication throughout. It is an easy golfcart to hope town or firefly. Would love to come back for another stay!

Island Time

We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay in Hopetown. The house was fully equipped! It was cozy, and the kids loved the loft. The home is very nice and is a short golf cart ride from the convenience store, the sports bar, and On Da Beach. Highly recommend

Escape from reality

Terrific house for a get away for our group of four. We enjoyed having leisurely time at the house, and the kitchen was well equipped. The house is central to most everything on the island via a golf cart. We enjoyed beaches, the various restaurants and some island exploring. The house was terrific and quite up to date especially considering the hurricane that came through in 2019. Very nice vacation.

Perfect spot on a perfect island

A great house on top of a hill looking out over the ocean, this house has it all. A big porch to have after beach drinks on and a great kitchen for cooking that mahi mahi you caught earlier fishing; this house is the perfect spot. A 5 minute golf cart ride anywhere on the island. Some of the prettiest beaches I’ve seen out of the 30 something countries I have been to. The host is super responsive as well! Would definitely go back. -Jay, New Orleans, LA 2/2023

The Magnolia House

We had a great experience at this location. The Magnolia house was so cute and worked out great with our family. The owner’s checked on us to see if we checked in before our arrival and made us feel very welcomed. They also checked in on us during our stay to see if we needed anything. We will definitely visit the Magnolia again.
