Large, clean home just steps to the beach and located in the middle of Elbow Cay made it easy to explore the entire island. The house enabled our extended family to stay together and not have to rent 2 houses. Plenty of space to enjoy each other. We cooked several meals in the large kitchen. Communication before and during our stay was excellent! The house manager helped us to and from the ferry to house with all our luggage and people. Wonderful time and fabulous house that became our home in the beautiful Abacos. We all look forward to staying at Bahamian Rhapsody again!!!!!

Great House , Great views from balcony,Comfy beds, great lounging space , Beware of the off season.

4 couples, We all had ample space and our own Bedrooms, all of us were in upstairs bedrooms. The 2 bedrooms downstairs smell musty/damp, both had Mini-Split units, not sure if that is why. I would not have been happy staying in Either one of them. Grocery store was close. Pick up and drop off from Ferry was seamless, property manager was Great .A cooler available for guests with house with this price tag Would have been a nice touch, as those are difficult to bring, we wanted to take drinks to beach. We found one on the side of the road, cleaned it up and left it in the closet for others. I was told no Keurig was available , but in fact both that and a VERY slow drip were on the property, took long time in AM to make coffee for all of us. Off season Notice: Was not aware that SOOOOO many places were closed in the off season, I feel like that is something that you should probably disclose to renters ,as it would have made an impact on us and we would not have come at this time, would’ve waited a few weeks. We missed out on many restaurants We knew that this was hurricane season and we were taking a chance by booking, but we just weren’t aware that resorts and restaurants shut down during Sept and October . Getting to the beach isn’t super easy. It’s very sloped and the beach is Beautiful ,but not easy to relax “In” the water, if you are just looking its Amazing, it will eat you up with churning waves , you must take a golf cart to the relaxing beaches .

What a great trip!!

Our family had an amazing time! The house was perfect for our group of kids, parents and grandparents! Mike and his group of employees did such a great job of making things easier for us since it was my first trip here. From lining up taxis, to golf cart rental, groceries and any other questions we had. The house had a great breeze blowing almost all the time and we all loved the pool. Gene was always nearby with an help we needed!! I certainly will recommend this house to all our friends!

Muzzy's return

My family returned to Hope Town to spread our mother's ashes as requested. Mother was a long time visitor to Hope Town and wanted her grandchildren to see Hope Town. Bahamian Rhapsody was the perfect place to handle 8 afults and 3 children. Local contact was at ferry to meet us and help with luggage. A great stay and would highly recommend Bahamian Rhapsody.

Water issue

Everything was great. On Thursday we came back to the house and we had been in a rain storm and everyone was taking showers. Water pressure was low but we assumed it was because of all the showers. Friday the water pressure ok but not great. Saturday when we were getting ready to leave we at times had no water and we needed to use a pot to get water from the pool to flush the toilets. We could not shower or make coffee. We told Gene when he came to get us at 8:30 am.

Beautiful house in a perfect location

A fantastic house in typical Abaco style. Beautiful views of the sea and pool area. Easily accommodated our group of 11 adults and was really well equipped with very comfy beds!! Lovely decor and spacious modern bathrooms. The furniture, fixtures and fittings really did reflect the website photos. The property is in a very good spot on the island. Close to the beach and equidistant to all the great places on the island making it a sensible choice of location. On Da Beach and Firefly very nearby but a golf cart is a must. Mike was so helpful during the booking process and his team on the island - Caroline and Jean - took great care of us and made our trip very easy and relaxed. We have been to Elbow Cay many times before and know the island well. This is a property we would definitely love to book again.

Birthday stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The arrival and check in process was extremely easy and any issues we had were taken care of (needed to reset internet). The property is centrally located and the entire island easily accessible. Great property for a large group to rent and we would rent it again.

Perfect Place

Perfect location about half way between Abaco Inn and Hopetown Marina. Very clean. Caretaker was very helpful and responsive. Pool was perfect to relax after a day on the boat. Plenty of space for 8 people. Could not have had a better stay.

Paradise Found

Three families. One week stay. The ladies flew and the guys took our boat over from Ft. Lauderdale. Marina just a few minutes golf cart ride away. Mike (the owner), helpers Jean, Caroline and Paulette are all top notch. Great location. Sun, fun, relaxation. Little over an hour boat ride to swim with the nurse sharks and stingrays was absolutely worth it!

Great times

Went over with some friends and we had an excellent time. The house is beautiful and well stocked. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room to free move about the house. The owner Mike is very attentive and quick with responses. Jean, his caretaker is great too. Would highly recommend!

Incredible time here! Mike was a wonderful host and was super responsive to all inquiries before and during our stay. We also had a great experience working with his house manager, Jean. Beautiful House

This is a beautiful house that is stocked with everything you need. It truly and very comfortably supports 10 people. The owners and caretaker are excellent and very responsive and helpful. We will definitely rent this house again!
