Thank you for your comments, and Red Roof Inn always value our customers’ experiences and satisfaction.However, for a fairness, I am compelled to provide the undisputable facts and actual events that took place in a chronological order the night you and your family stayed.1. You booked a reservation via Expedia, and on the record, you indicated only 1 person staying2. When you arrived, you had 4 more people with you, which makes up total 5 occupants, instead of 1 as you indicated in the Expedia3. When we pointed that fact out nicely, you demonstrated your frustration and angst towards us even though there were no wrong doings from us4. You then proceeded to ask us to still accept them at the rate for 1 person, at which point we unfortunately denied your request due to inconsistent info you provided via Expedia5. You proceeded to leave the motel as you were displeased with our righteous and truthful response; therefore, we cancelled the booking accordingly as you clearly expressed to go somewhere else6. Shortly after, your husband came in, and apologized for your action on behalf of you, and offered to pay the right rent for the night for 5 people, NOT 17. Then and only then, we agreed to provide the room for your family to stay8. Your husband expressed gratitude, and your families of 5 people stayed over nightDespite your frustration, I found it highly unfair for you to leave such unjustifiable comments simply because we stood by the company policy.Red Roof Inn has been in the business more than 3 decades, and there are so many customers keep coming back to us each year from all over Canada. We are so grateful that we have many loyal customers, and that they have been happy with our services, cleanness, and great price for all these years!Kind Regards,Red Roof Inn

Thank you for review. The toilet is canadian standard size. We have bigger size toilets in some rooms.
