The upgrades are “landlord special” style. The couches are not comfortable or spacious, and the house lacks a dining table so the only option is the island and doesn’t work well even for two couples. "We loved this house! We had a few couples come for the weekend for my 30th birthday. There were multiple living/common areas which made it easy and flexible. The bedrooms were quiet and clean. Bathrooms were amazing, I loved the towel warmers! It was close to the mountain so going to and from was easy. Only issue we had was getting an uber home from dinner in Warwick, so consider that if you’re leaving the area! Would definitely rent again. "

"We had such a lovely stay over Mother’s Day weekend. The house was tidy and clean, and a nice amount of toys and coloring books for kids, which was thoughtful. Very spacious, and perfect for the rainy day when we weren’t able to go outside. It was a beautiful acreage to take walks and not noisy even though we were a hop and a skip off the main highway.
