"Overall it was a fantastic stay. Host was very communicative about property and where we can find anything that was needed. Plenty to do around the area and kept us busy for a week with the rain that came in. Recomend using a backpack luggage and it made the stairs easier to conquer!Just be prepared"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Appalachian Resort hosted by Milagros & Sergio. They were incredibly friendly and gave us clear and helpful explanations from the start. The room was very clean, and it was great having the water park within walking distance. They also offered flexible early check-in depending on the situation, which we really appreciated. Whenever we had questions, they responded very quickly, so we felt completely comfortable during our stay. We would love to come back again!"

"The property is very comfortable and clean. It is convenient to the ski area, Warwick, New York's apple orchards and fun main street shopping, Penning's Cidery & Orchard. The driveway is steep, if you have multiple cars, parking across the street (if allowed) may be preferred."

"We very much enjoyed our three-night stay at this well-kept property. The large deck gets lovely sunlight in the morning AND afternoon! The location was convenient to many great restaurants and the boat ramp for launching our power boat. When we had a question about something in the house, the provided phone number was answered by a human right away! The dock was sturdy and in good repair. We would definitely stay here again. "

"We came for 1 night on a weeknight, the room itself was fine but the next door neighbors (shared wall) were extremely loud (shouting after midnight) and smoking weed, which made our room smell. Would not recommend "
