"What a lovely hotel , look forward to revisiting very soon. Loved the quirky little bar although was somewhat surprised last orders was at 9.30pm . Rooms were decorated lovely and with everything you need at hand, i especially loved the coffee machine. Thankfully i had 4 windows that i kept open all night as the room was absolutely boiling. "Being less than 10 mins walk from the train station, Martha’s b&b was perfect for what I needed. The house is set in a quiet road, near to eating places and less than 15 mins walk to the shops. The bed was very comfy, breakfast plentiful, and parking easy. Martha herself is kind, understanding and generous - allowing me to keep my suitcase in the house for the day whilst I explored nearby Warwick. Would definitely stay here again if I found myself back in Leamington Spa. Top tip: if you go...
