Colony surf #1101 is a beautifully renovated studio (RARE LARGE CORNER UNIT!) on the beach of the spectacular Gold Coast. Short distance to Waikiki yet quiet and private-like location.

Large sliding glass windows open wide to expansive ocean views! This unit is on the higher floor and can spot WHALES in the winter ~ spring season.

This one bedroom unit was renovated into a large studio. Nice interior and furnishings.

The exclusive, 20-story, (the unit is on the 11th) Colony Surf is near the base of Diamond Head and across the street from the huge Queen Kapiolani Park.

Kaimana Beach is literally in your back yard! (white sandy beach with no rocks!). You can swim with TURTLES often and occasionally spot a endangered Mond Seal sometimes with a new born pup.

The 'Gold Coast' is world renowned for its exclusive waterfront residential buildings. The neighborhood atmosphere, quiet, and a short walk from bustling Waikiki, appeals to local residents, longer stay visitors, and executives on assignment.

The suite is on the cooler side of the building facing south east and kitchen and bathroom facing Northwest. Windows on both the front and back of the studio allow the trade winds to blow through, providing a comfortable atmosphere on the warmest of summer days.

Please understand that we cannot promise an early check in or a late check out as we may experience back-to-back bookings.
If you would like us to guarantee your early check in, we will need to ask you to book a day earlier as well to secure that date.

A $1,500 refundable security deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
Payment method: We accept VISA or MASTER with a 5% booking fee, if you decide to pay with AMEX its 9% so we advise guests to pay via VISA or MASTER. Booking fees are non-refundable.
