Room itself was pretty decent. Free parking was essential, handicap accessible parking was fantastic! Location was great view from room was excellent! Overall great stay!

The check in was easy. Unfortunately our air-conditioning broke on the 3rd day of our stay, and the property gave us a 6 hour window for the repairs to be made but it didnt get fixed while we stayed there. A maintenance person came but didn't have the proper tools. The maintenance person never returned. The location was great but the room needed several repairs such as broken sliding doors between the bedroom and living room. We also requested towels and we were informed we requested to early, we need to wait after 4 days to request more towels, which we requested again on the the 4th day but never received any extra towels. After the many adventures the island offers we needed more towels. The towel rack was also broken in the restroom we didnt have extra space to hang our wet towels. I guess the stay was affordable.

The condo was nice for a family of 6. The beds were comfortable and the pull out sofa was soft enough. We communicated our request for 2 extra pillows and bedding for the couch before we arrived and for 6 towels since a previous review stated they only had 4 towels in the room. All our requested items were in the room upon arrival. No early checkin was available but we were able to get our parking pass to park from the housekeeper before our 4pm checkin. We did rent a car and parking stalls are tight. If you come back late at night it maybe hard to find a spot that isn’t tight. We had a minivan but was able to squeeze in a stall after midnight. The pool is just okay and the hot tub didn’t work good so was bummed about that. The sauna was nice, it’s located in the bathrooms by the pool and they have showers to rinse off. Overall was happy and would stay again for the price and location. Cheaper than anything else I could find for 6people.

I like the location of the place, free parking if you travel with your car, easy keyless access to the property. What I didn’t like the access to customer service. My family of 6 and our property had only 5 pillows, some missing silverware, so then I called to ask for one more pillow after leaving message no one responded back. But overall we like that place and will look forward to visit again hoping for better customer experience.

The property was rather worn down. One bed had a large dip in the middle so you always felt like you were rolling to one side, doors to the bedroom room were worn down and breaking, various kitchen appliances did not work and no housekeeping or additional towels were provided.

I would definitely stay here again. It’s a great location and very close to the beach. The hotel looks like it needs some updating but it was perfect for my family. I traveled with my 4 kids (ages 1, 4, 7, and 13) and my husband and we had plenty of space and an awesome view. The swimming pool area has a playground and a BBQ grill. The only thing I wish it had was a gym but overall my family and I had an amazing time during our stay.

The pictures on Orbitz did not match the actual condo. When I brought it up to their management, I was told that they had not yet updated their photos online. Our condo had a broken sofa bed, curtains falling off the wall, and was unclean. We needed the extra bed, and were told they would bring an air mattress up to our room. We waited all day. Eventually I called and was told to go and retrieve it myself from their lockers. We were given a number to call which made it sound like they were located off of the property. Later learned, they were located on the fifth floor. Lack of communication.

The location of this property is perfect, near the beach, stores, and restaurants. Security for parking was very friendly and informative. The hallways need some fixing but looks like they are working on it already. The balcony had a great view for Hawaii sunset!

The stay is an average stay. The parking garage is tough to park in and need to make sure that the height is less than 6.5 ft. Our antenna kept hitting the roof when going up the ramps. The service team is only available during normal hours so there is no 24 hour desk. The desk that is open 24 hours will not help you. There is a store on site for essentials but be prepared to pay more than you expected. Overall the property is decent, but if you are looking for something that will knock your socks off then this is not the place. Decent accommodations, but no service during the stay for cleaning the rooms and getting fresh towels. Need to pay extra for that.

Just okay

Room on 15th floor. Room was not cleaned and they only left a half of toilet paper when we opened the blinds there was sticker from clothing of sizes. Floor didn’t looked vacuumed. One bed was horrible it was broken in the middle the couch was so old no comfy. For the price you pay it should have been more updated. Do not buy from the store down stairs the worker is rude. Check in was great because it was easy just go to room and use code. Parking is hard just go to 5th floor that is the easiest. Lots of food places and beach is a 6 min walk it’s really nice! We didn’t have any problems just needs to be updated and cleaned. For it to be Covid I would think it would be extra clean but it’s not. They also make you take all the trash out the room and put all the towels in a basket and I think when we leave they probably just come in and grab the basket and make the bed and that’s all it was not clean. Location is great just don’t think I would stay here again. When we were in the elevator a few times we had people ask us if our room was not good because they said the same thing so we know it was not just us. But lots of food and activity’s and the beach and zoo all right there.

The property was clean and within close proximity of the beach. What I did not like was that the hall ways were in bad shape and there was no ac in either hallway or elevator.
