The view was stunning good location. Close to the beach the hotel itself is out dated and some stuff in the room didn’t work like the coffee maker and phone so that’s why it’s a 4 for us

first seems the room was not shinny from one to 10 is a 7 secondly the breakfast buffete disappoints , basically, you have the right to recive only one plate , omelet, or acai plate third option is waflle plate includes one , the bufette is only for coffe tea and fruit , napkins too best part is that you have to clean up your table no big deal but has to be optional , my opinion the cost 50 usd plus tax and tip disappoints

Great resort with a fabulous restaurant on site. Parts are a little dated, albeit didn’t matter. Easy walk to shopping and beach. Pool area is particularly lovely. Linens are new and luxurious. Staff super friendly and helpful.

It was very well located and extremely walkable. Just a couple minute walk to the aquarium and zoo! The beach right outside the hotel across the street is amazing. Absolutely gorgeous. If you don’t want to rent a car, this is a great all in one vacation spot.

Please do not stay at this hotel. We booked this hotel due to my fiancée having asthma and it was a smoke free hotel. On our first day, we got charged 400$ for setting off the alarm they have in the rooms while I was doing my hair and was falsely accused of smoking in the room. When asked to have issue resolved they gave us no help at all. Please stay somewhere else if you don't want to be robbed and be accused of something you have not done and then have the staff not help. Please DO NOT STAY here, save your money and go somewhere else where you can be treated as well and can enjoy your vacation.

Twin fin is a 3-star hotel but it really should be 1-star or 2-star. The pool area is not really usable as it is very small and doesn't look classy. Tikis restaurant is okay with decent food. Hotel's hallways look dingy and dirty. If you want to stay here and go walk to the beach, twin fin hotel may serve you okay. For $300 that I was charged per room, you can find better hotels with better amenities that are cleaner and classier than this hotel.

The properly itself is older but well kept. The room was about average. Every room in the building we were in had a partial view of the ocean and Waikiki beach. They provide you with two aluminum cans of water that can be refilled in the lobby. The downsides: if you have a pool facing view, be prepared to experience a bit of noise during your stay. In our room, the A/C unit blows directly onto the bed. The draft was annoying at times.

Across the street from the beach. Restaurant on the premises and also very close to the hotel. Felt very safe. Needed the room cards for the elevator to go up to our room and security was present on the premises

I requested higher floor room months in advance and checkin had to wait 2 hours for my room and they gave me lowest floor room that stunk like fish in the room and hallway cause spoiled food was in garbage for 2 days I had to request to empty the trash buy my own air freshener to spray my room and hallway for days to get rid of that nasty fish smell
