My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our 10 yr anniversary- here is my honest review:Pros:Nice view- obstructed but that was to be expctedHuge balcony2 beach chairs included for usePool and hot tub were nice.Great location to Waikiki beach- 4 min walk to Target- lots of food and shops within walking distanceCons-Check in time on VRBO listed as 3pm- once i got the "boarding pass" sent to me closer to the date, it said check in time was 4pm. Only 1 beach towel in unit- we didn't bring any because it said some were there, ended up buying 2. Absolutely zero place to put your clothes away- we lived out of our suitcase the whole time we were there.Biggest issue of all- the heat. I didn't know we weren't going to be able to turn the AC below 70 degrees until i got my check in info. Had i known that- we would NOT have stayed there. When we walked in, the AC was set on 75 and there were 2 box fans and stand fan in use, pointing to the bedroom- not a good sign. We turned the AC down to 70 and closed the blinds- there goes the view. Left for several hours and when we came back late that night it was still too hot to sleep in the bedroom. We ended up putting the mattress on the floor in the living room and that's where we spent our 10 year anniversary trip- on the floor. It never cooled to a comfortable level in the apartment. IF you like it 70 or above- this is fine. But if you need it below that- this is NOT the place for you.

We loved our stay here! Within the first hour of us checking in, we received a message from the host ensuring that our check in process had gone smoothly. We found our room nice and clean (and I am particular about a clean floor). The view is even better than it looks in the photos and it felt convenient because we were able to watch the sunset right from our room. We loved that we were so close to the beach and tons of food trucks. In addition to the mini toiletries in the bathroom, they have sunblock (including reef safe). The internet connection was stable and the area felt safe. If we ever return, we will be staying here again!

First of all the place was not cheap. We paid 1700 for four days, and it’s at a hotel that I could’ve paid 700 to stay in. Secondly, the place looked nothing like the pictures. The only correct thing is the view was a nice and it’s close to the beach. and nice restaurants.Third, the place is very small and the bedroom, which has the only two small closets for us to hang clothes, had stacked up pillows and blankets and a kids playpen so there was nowhere for us to hang our clothes. The other small closet had a vacuum cleaner and some other cleaning supplies. There’s no dresser to put your under clothes and bathing suits in. There was no instructions on how to work the air conditioning so our first hour was spent. Trying to figure out how to get the place cooled down. We call the host and they asked us to just move everything. I didn’t come there to work. My plan was to come to Hawaii to relax we later figured out how to work the air conditioning, but there’s no instructions in the place to figure any of those things out. The following day we go grocery shopping and we can’t get the stove to work. I called the host and they texted me back the next day and said you have to leave a pan on the stove in order to for it to work. These are things that should’ve either been explained or instructions should’ve been out and clear. I was very disappointed, and I told the host that a few times. After that, the host stopped taking my calls never again would I rent from this place.

Host communication was excellent. Views were spectacular. Close to everything and two blocks to waikiki beach. Can't complain about anything.Slept like a baby. Eighteen floors up so limited noise compared to lower profile condos. Thanks again.

This was a terrific place to stay in Waikiki. Centrally located right by the Duke statue, so just about everything is walkable. The condo is just as seen in the photos, with everything a small group/family might need. The rooftop pool and hot tub were great for relaxing, and the hospitality suite was a great asset to have a comfortable place to be after checkout. We’d certainly stay here again.

Location location location !!!Don’t think twice about staying at this amazing property Known for having the tallest rooftop pool deck. Which will not disappoint The deck and hospitality area provides 360 views of the ocean at Waikiki beach, Diamondhead, hotel district and the lush mountains. The friendly staff, 2 short block proximity to Waikiki beach and the stunning sunset view right from the rental unit are just some of the reasons why we’d easily be repeat renters of this property We found the place to be exceptionally clean and accommodating and beautifully decorated. The host,Janet was quick to reply with our minimal questions. Be sure to book now !! Don’t lose out on a fabulous place with the best location

The unit has spectacular views and a good location. It is a privately managed unit in a building with many rentals. The sleeper sofa was more comfortable than most. Tip: close the drapes during the day helps with the heatUnfortunately the kitchen garbage disposal was jammed and had food in it when we arrived. It was emitting a rotting food odor. I emailed about the issue as soon as we checked in, by replying to the email from management with the check-in information. That evening I immediately replied to a welcome email from the manager identifying the issue. No response to either.The following morning, we checked with the front desk, but as a privately managed unit there was nothing they could do.The last night we were there I sent a message through the VRBO website reminding the management that the issue existed before we checked in; I was concerned they would try to charge an additional cleaning fee. Finally, I received a response telling me how to reset it myself (I had already tried multiple times) or they could send a plumber. Since we were leaving the next morning, we didn't want to deal with a plumber instead of enjoying the last of our trip. We had partially (but not completely) mitigated the odor by placing the drain stopper in the drain, however this meant we were unable to use the kitchen sink during our stay.We were disappointed in the lack of response to our initial communications about the issue. And in the tone- deaf nature of the eventual response.

A peace of paradise

Beautiful room and building. Everyone from the front desk to security were so friendly. Easy access to everything. I didnt want my stay to end. Parking was secure and easy. But the views were the best part. 100% would stay again, it felt like home.

Place is great and great location. Missing: no where to put away your clothes. We had to live out of our suitcase which was super inconvenient with a baby. Sent to mgmt but no reply unfortunately. Would not stay here again.

While small for three of us, this unit is delightful and the owner was exceptionally helpful and communicative. The views from the unit and the balcony are amazing and it is so very close to the beach. We were out surfing early with the locals every day!

PROS: Exactly as pictured, great location, secure, beach extras, corner unit with great views and balcony, very clean and well stocked, comfortable bed. CONS: air conditioning not in bedroom and must use all three fans provided and BR door kept open which kept very cool, but fans in the way; instructions for stovetop needed, front desk didn’t mention/allow us to use lounge with a 5 hour early arrival. Needed more prompt response in communications. Still Highly recommend.

I came here with my boyfriend for his best friend’s wedding at Magic Island. This property is exactly as pictured! Very well updated and the views of Waikiki Beach the sunset are immaculate! Super close, walking distance to restaurants, food trucks and bars. The check-in was a breeze and the host was easily available for anything we needed (which honestly wasn’t anything). I highly recommend this rental!

Excellent view & amazing location

Beautiful view of the ocean and diamond head from the 18th floor…between a few tall buildings—citylife;). Amazing to walk 1 block to Waikīkī beach and also close to so many great food options! Condo is clean, pull-out bed is comfortable (no bar in your back), patio is a good size; I enjoyed doing my morning yoga routine while facing the ocean (or turning to face the sun coming over the mountain and crater to the east). 11 yr old loved the pool and the boogie boards (we also used the beach umbrella and chairs). Check in is super easy and staff is friendly, elevators were fast. Highly recommend! Janet is a great host.

HONEYMOON

Celebrated our 10 year anniversary and 2 year delayed honeymoon. This unit was fantastic with the extra space compared to just a hotel room and a great location just a few minute walk to the beach. Would highly recommend

Perfect location!

Beautiful, very clean condo. This is a corner unit facing the ocean with amazing views of the Pacific & Diamond Head from your private balcony. The condo was fully equipped with all the accessories you would need for the beach, pool & snorkeling. There is a roof top pool & hot tub with amazing views of the sunrise & sunset. The Waikiki Trolley stop is 2 short blocks away, making it easy to hop-on, hop-off to sightseeing in Honolulu. We rented a car for 3 days & headed up to the North Shore. Parking was convenient in our bldg for 35. a day, which is a real bargain in the area. The location was perfect & the owner & staff were easy & pleasant to work with. We would definitely recommend and hope to be back again soon. Fell in love with Honolulu.

Perfect Waikiki Getaway – Beautiful Condo & Amazing Location!

We had an incredible stay at this VRBO in Waikiki! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless—the check-in process was easy, and the condo was exactly as described, if not better. It was spotless, well-stocked with everything we needed, and had a stunning view from the balcony.The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, and shopping. It was the perfect home base for exploring Oahu. The building was secure, and the amenities (like the washer & dryer and parking) made our stay even more convenient.The host was fantastic—super responsive and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved waking up to the ocean breeze and unwinding on the balcony after a day of adventures.Overall, this place exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a perfect Waikiki getaway!
