Free parking was one of our requirements and with a pass for the day it was great. Located about 1-1/2 blocks from beach, there are lots of restaurants and stores nearby. The condo is relatively open and has a lovely balcony with a few chairs. Great place for having morning coffee. While everything was clean, the place is older build and there were some stains on the sofa. Sofa bed was comfortable. We had some issues in the bathroom. Water in the shower wouldn't come on until we were told the secret to it. They did replace the hot/cold controller. And the toilet paper holder fell off the wall. The KOKO RESORTS has a special email address for maintenance and is available by phone as well to resolve any issues. Be sure to take the key in the desk with you if you are going to come back later in the evening as they lock the garage doors to the elevators. (oh, and they provide a boogie board and some beach chairs for you to use as well). All in all, it is a good stay.
