No le gustó: Limpieza, servicios, estado de la propiedad e instalaciones
While this rental was marginally acceptable, there were multiple problems:
* The room is a STUDIO, not a 1 BEDROOM as it is fraudulently listed on Expedia!
* Most of the art shown in the photos of the walls is no longer there. There is no bedspread at all, especially not the nice turtle one shown in the pictures.
* The pool is closed, despite it being listed as an amenity.
* Several maintenance issues: Closet door is off track, track is bent, and handle is missing. Toilet seat was loose, and I had to tighten the nuts holding it down. Outlet behind couch is dead. Remote control to air condition does not work. Extreme paint peeling in bathroom. Large scratches on the floor at ends of couch. A/C cycles on and off way too much (on for 20-30 secs at a time before turning off). Leak under bathroom sink. Patio door ridiculously hard to open. Patio door does not lock, even though the patio is potentially accessible from the balconies on the left and the right.
* There are an unsafe number of different things plugged into outlet strips, all going into a single outlet.
* The chair is sitting right in front of the air conditioner, blocking the air coming out of it.
* There are four stools around the table, but there just isn’t room for four stools. One of the stools is very wobbly and about to fall apart.
* A/C condensation forms puddle on patio.
* Front door keypad does not match instructions emailed.
* 2 of 3 beach chairs have torn seats and are completely useless.
