There were no sheets for the let out couch!! So sleeping 6 was not accommodating. We had to get an air mattress. There were also soil stains on the let out couch mattress. There is a weird foul smell. There is no kitchenette just a microwave and tiny refrigerator. Dishes dirty and out dated. Not to mention not enough for 6 people. Having to wash everyday because not a set of 6 towels was provided. You have to provide your own toilet tissue. The carpet need some treatment.The sheets need to be replaced. There was no body-wash in the shower containers. You have to fight to wash clothes. It’s only 4 washers and dryers. The owner doesn’t communicate in a timely fashion. (unless you’re checking out) The TV has a weird that continues on the side. The remote doesn’t belong to that TV. The residents on the 4th floor have a hookah and smoke too much. The parking garage is like hell hitting those corners. The noise from construction and the air conditioning is horrible. Not mention the toilet runs nonstop. ( I could have paid the extra to stay somewhere with more amenities.

We had a great experience here! The location was super convenient, especially for marathon festivities. The included parking was a major plus. We loved the free coffee and water in the lobby too!

Great stay. No stress, everything as explained. Host communicated well before the trip and checked in when necessary. Absolutely would recommend if you are looking for a good deal and a location near it all!

The studio was perfect for a quick staycation. There’s a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. They also provide plates, cups, and silverware. There were 6 in our party 2 of which were young children ages 6 and 10. The room has 2 queen beds and a pull out couch. We all slept comfortably. The parking garage is a little tight so keep that in mind especially if you have a big vehicle. We used a Honda odyssey which was a little scary in some parts but we managed. If your plan is just to use the place to shower and sleep then I highly recommend booking it!

The room was spacious for 2 parents 2 adult 'kids'. Location is handy but a bit noisy. Air con very noisy throughout the night which I didn't like.

Great place

This place was in a good spot and spacious for my family of 6. The parking was tight in the curves but manageable. The pool was nice and having a place to do laundry was awesome. I really enjoyed staying here and it was walkable to the beach and to shops. We got lucky and stayed on a Friday when the Hilton does a free firework show. I would stay again!

Spacey studio, with a great location. Having a parking spot included with our booking was a huge plus! The beach was just a short walk away and having shops and restaurants at a walking distance made our stay very convenient. The lobby also provided a free automatic industrial coffee machine which we looked forward to in the morning. My family and I would definitely stay here again.

Central location

This was a great location for what we needed. That said the room, especially the carpet needs a deep clean. There was also a strange smell coming from the kitchenette area

Accurate description and good location

Everything was like advertised. The parking garage is extremely tight to drive in. I do not recommend a larger vehicle. Location is good for stores, food and beach.

Clean, Great Location

We enjoyed this stay. Very conveniently located. We did have to change parking spots a few times throughout our stay because of construction on parking garage but property manager was quick to message our new parking spot. Would stay here again.

Good location, poor communication.

Needs better directions where to park during check in. We could not park on the street so ended up parking a block away then walking back to the front desk. Later we discovered people were just parking on the sidewalk to check in. Would have been nice to know sooner. When we arrived at our assigned parking spot another car was there. So we went down and had to get a temporary pass to park in a different spot. I messaged the host about it and there didn’t seem to be much concern. The room was fine.it did have a great view and worked well for our needs. I messaged with a request to have a later checkout and no surprise, never received a response via phone or the VRBO app. Overall it was a good rental, just poorly managed.

Worked for what we needed it for

Ends up that Waikiki was not our favorite location. Sadly, there were loud union strikers outside our place from morning til night. It’s a busy place! We did appreciate that park g was included, a grocery store was super close, and the beds/ pillows were super comfortable. It’s a nice space and met the needs for our stay.

Great location, close to Waikiki beach, main avenue, restaurants Cleaning could be better, the blankets were stinky, it was missing towels for our party each the guest send in the end of our trip

LIKED: - Location. 5-10 minutes walk to the beach. - Free parking. DIDN’T LIKE: - False advertising. The property description said there is “kitchen” and cooking appliances. There was NO kitchen. There was just a small fridge, some plates, silverware, cups, microwave and a toaster. NO sink, NO stove. This was not a kitchen. We booked this property primarily because it was described as having a kitchen. We ended up spending more money to buy ready made food. We talked with other tenants and they all had the same issue with having no kitchen. - Bed sheets were NOT CLEAN. They had other people’s hair, lipstick, and were all creased and didn’t look washed. - The property description said there was “laundry nearby.” There were 4 washers and 4 dryers for the entire building of about 10 floors! Sure enough, all washers and dryers were always full and unavailable. Very disappointed.

The property was mostly as expected, a hotel room with a parking spot included. The beds were fairly comfortable, and the location was decent for walking to the beach and some nearby eateries. On the con side, we did not have enough sheets and towels and no way to get them. Also, the room is next to the elevators which make a rumbling sound that was disconcerting at first but we got used to it and the air conditioning covered the sound pretty well. There was a bare minimum of dishes and silverware, disappointingly not including any bowls. The communication was not good. I asked a question thru the app ahead of time, and it was obvious that the person answering "mahalo" instead of providing a real answer didn't read my text at all. Also, after we arrived, I couldn't communicate through the VRBO app on my phone, not sure why, but I tried the phone number provided after booking and the phone number the hotel desk gave us and never got a response. We booked for 4 adults and a kid, and did not have a full set of sheets for the sleeper sofa. We also had only 4 bath towels and 4 beach towels, so while we got by, that was not as expected. It could have been an easy fix if we had gotten a response when we texted, but we never did.
