No blanekts when I arrived. Took them 2 days to get me a blanket. Here on business, i was informed a full size ironing board would be present, what I found was a table top ironing board with a broken leg. They would not bring me a full size ironing board, the existing one was useless. The clothes rack for drying had a broken leg and could not be use. There were no ice cube trays, I bought some and left them in the freezer. The top of the refrigerator was covered in dust. The fan in the room did not oscilate, probably becasue the vents were covered in an inch of dust. I just checked out, I want to check my bags at the front desk, the front desk informed me since this is a VRBO, they will not check my bags. My flight is in 8 hours, where am I suppose to store my bags for a few hours? Nothing was stated on the VRBO site that said the hotel would not check my bags. I found the hotel employee at the front desk extremely rude. He was busy texting on his phone and obviously did not want to be bothered. I stayed here a year ago with VRBO and was able to check my bags no problem. I have another business trip planned here in the spring, I will not be staying at this place ever again.
