The valet staff gave us the wrong information and our rental car was towed! That had nothing, however, to do with the room. The room was great. We had everything we needed. I hate body wash (my personal quirk) and would have loved a bar of soap. But it was easily obtained at the little market downstairs. Very handy having the laundry down the hall! We had a great time and loved sitting on the balcony drinking coffee and watching the ocean.

We had a fantastic stay at this two-bedroom, two-bath condo in Waikiki. The unit was exactly as described, and being a corner unit, the views were absolutely beautiful. The layout was spacious, with a large living room, dining area, and kitchen that made it easy to relax and enjoy our time together. The AC worked great!We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like the beach gear—chairs and snorkel equipment—which made our outings even more convenient and enjoyable. Parking was also very convenient, with easy in-and-out access to the hotel parking lot using a provided access key. There was always plenty of parking available, which made things stress-free.The host was very kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

When staying in Honolulu, this is a wonderful place with a terrific location up on the 7th floor with a great view of the ocean from two balconies. The host answered all our questions quickly and everything worked out great from figuring out access and parking to finding the trash bin and Wifi info.

Rosina was super communicative and helpful. The toaster was broken and we had a new one within an hour. The location was really cool. The space is a corner apartment with two balconies. The pool was really wonderful - warm and towels were included. Easy access to the beach, including the lagoon. We were very comfortable and enjoyed Honolulu including a nice hike up Diamondhead.

Incredibly location, The Ilikai is by the harbor, so if you go on any excursions, the meeting point is steps away. Also close to shopping, the Lagoon and restaurants. We had a rental Jeep for the week, the garage was a huge convenience as well. The views from the condo were also spectacular.

Rosita was a lovely, highly responsive host! The apartment was on a corner of the building, so there were windows and balconies out two sides, including a view of the ocean. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed, and was super convenient to the beach, shopping, and plenty of restaurants. Rosita included a building parking pass for us, which was super convenient to have!

Nice unit with wonderful views! Restaurant, mini grocery store, smoothie/acai and coffee/pastry onsite as well as free parking. Shopping, restaurants and Waikīkī beach are right at your fingertips! Hostess very accommodating.

The condo itself is gorgeous!! Amazing location to the lagoon and beach. The property itself offered a warm pool, good coffee shop and restaurant. The only downside of our trip was that the power was out for 9hrs and we weren’t able to use any amenities but that wasn’t the hosts fault. Would stay again!

Our host communicated when needed and was quick to send replies to questions. The unit was very nice. Loved the decor. We appreciated the attention to detail- coffee k-cups, nice goblets, soaps, iron, steamer, etc etc. But most of all, the unit was CLEAN! It is the first rental that I can remember that I haven’t felt like I didn’t want to touch anything and needed to wipe surfaces down. Thank you thank you for that!! We enjoyed our stay very much.

Parking was good, location excellent however the condo requires some TLC. The shower head leaked in the en-suite bathroom.Ants on the kitchen worktop and in the coffee maker. The bed linen did not fit and the curtains did not close properly in the guest bedroom. Could not open the sliding doors onto the balcony for the master bedroom and living room.Overall the unit is tired looking and is given bare minimum care between bookings, I had messaged the owner three times before contact was actually achieved regarding door code access.The property is tired looking and did not provide any further local information.

Parking and check in was good, however, we were very disappointed to find what appeared to be ghost ants crawling in multiple places of the unit. I called the host immediately upon arrival once we realized they weren't going away. I really appreciated that the host answered my call immediately. We were told they were from the fresh flowers but we removed the flowers immediately and the ant-type bugs persisted during our whole stay and were found in several areas of the unit. The host offered a credit for a future stay but we won't use it. Black pieces were blowing out of the living room A/C unit, most likely from it being very dirty. Looking at the bathroom vents it looked like the inside had not been cleaned for many years because there was a thick, heavy layer of dust inside the vent. The location of this unit was perfect and close walking distance to so much but we just couldn't get comfortable with how many ghost ants there were.
