We loved the location and view. Easy access for pool and lagoon. Great spot to be with kids. Limited dishes for cooking.

Great to have beach chairs and beach towels. I wish it had a broom to sweep the floor. Other VRBOs here also had boogie boards, and a wagon. Had a maintenance issue and was corrected right away with in 3 hours. That was a great response time.

Great location. Beautiful view. Everything was as described. Our only issues were the bedroom air conditioners (small bedroom did not work & room was too hot, master bedroom was too loud every time it came on) & the mattresses were extremely soft on all the beds.

Waikiki Vacation

The property was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The location was within walking distance to restaurantsand shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book this property again without hesitation.

Great location

We enjoyed our family trip. 12 year old and 15 year old daughters felt safe and loved the convenience of walking distance to just about anything you want to do. We did park at the Ilikai Marina parking garage and walk to the room everyday using the skywalk. We felt the condo was ideal for our needs. Would stay there again. The view of the luau on the roof of the neighboring hotel was great. The view of the fireworks couldn’t be better. We spent a lot of time at the lagoon and beach. Loved our stay.

Great Location

Property was as described. Worked perfectly for my 4 adult children. Only negative would be that it comes stocked with minimal toilet paper, dish soap, trash bags etc. So after 2 days, all of these items had to be purchased.

Inaccurate listing

Do not be fooled by the picture. It is not an ocean front view. I could not stay more than 15 minutes in the lanai with all the molds sitting in the air condition tray. The other room is very small that a wall was placed to make it a “second room.” There’s no outlet in this room and the door to the lanai from this so called “second room” can only be opened from the living room. There are molds and bugs that made it unsafe for my family to stay. The communication was poor. The number to call for help is a voicemail and when I left a message to call me back, I did not get a call back Thank God for email. This experience made me not want to go through VRBO anymore when finding a place to go on vacation.

Big space great for the family! The view was perfect we had a great time. They only gave us one set of towels for the whole week had to buy towels and do laundry. We were not in the room very much but would have been nice to have a TV in the master bedroom.

Good Value

For the fie f us staying renting the condo was the best value over a traditional hotel. It is located close to just about everything we did. The building is not new by any means but has been maintained well. If you have a vehicle it is best to use the parking garage a block over or even better the marina parking lot.

semi- modernized unit

The unit was updated and bright. Hopefully this information gets passed onto the rental company that the cleaners did a poor job. The dishes in the drawers and cutlery were dirty. My white socks were filthy from the floor and rarely do I have allergies but was sneezing the first 2 days.

The Ilikai is a very beautiful place.

Our room was spectacular. The only complaint we have is that our room wasn't quite ready at 3pm. The maid service was still cleaning and they didn't do a great job. I believe we left the place cleaner than we found it. The valet parking was a bit slow at times as we're the elevators. But that is expected. Other than that it was amazing. I would definitely recommend this resort and stay there again. The view was amazing from this room.

Beautiful condo but we did not get the unit I booked

I booked a unit for 6 adults and inquired the property management to make sure there are enough beds in the unit. After I paid I was told the unit I booked was not going to be available and we were switched to another unit. The unit we switched to did not have enough beds for 6 adults and we were given an extra inflatable bed. The unit we were switched to was clean and has a beautiful sunset view. All other amenities were comparable to the unit I originally booked. We had a good time but wish they didn't place unavailable unit for booking, and my kids didn't have to sleep on air mattress.
