Alexi was very responsive and helpful. The location was perfect and for the price it was exactly what we were looking for. Would definitely recommend for any singles/couples looking to stay in Waikiki!

Just right for a quick getaway for two

The room was just what my husband and I needed when staying in Waikiki for 3 nights. There are shops, restaurants and the beach within walking distance. The only downside for us was the parking lot is very small (holds maybe 10 cars and it is public parking, not just for guests of the building) and when we came back very late (2am) it was full. Even the alternative garage the owners told us about was full, as was every other garage in the area. We had to drive around for an hour before finally finding somewhere to park and had to walk back to the room.

It was surrounded by plenty of local dining options. I love the local food. Parking was very difficult and we had to pay $45 per day 4 blocks from our condo. Parking at the condo was extremely limited.

Perfect and affordable

This place is perfect for someone wanting to make the most of waikiki and not blow the budget. Everything is close and walkable. Would stay here again.

Nice Studio in Waikiki

This studio is very efficient and close to everything in Waikiki. We walked every where. The bus and trolley stops are close by. Note this is a studio unit with no view. It was perfect for us as we spent every day exploring and had family near by that we visited each day. The unit is clean. Has AC, you are responsible for emptying the condensation bucket, not a deal breaker for us. The bed is very comfortable. Well stocked unit, kitchen, bathroom, beach chairs, towels, umbrella, snorkel equipment, floaties and more. All you need to enjoy Waikiki. Managers are very communicative and responsive. Check in and out was easy. We would stay here again.

The property was perfect to meet our needs to experience a mix of activities in the area. We especially liked the kitchen area to save on eating out and the great hot showers! We felt really safe having secure access to the elevator and room. It was very quiet and private! Also, access to the beach, shopping, bus, restaurants was so easy. Little hideaway in Honolulu

Great little condo that is close to the beach and amazing food. It was really easy to get in and the managers also responded very quickly. I would nightly recommend staying here!

It was small but clean overall . we had a good stay since it was close to the beach and Waikiki

The owner responded fast to our needs when we needed them. The kitchen was OK in general. We had everything we needed to cook and we had a lot of meals in our 2 months. The principal advantage was that we were close to the beach and buses. There was a lot of restaurants close by and supermarket to buy our foods. Tks to the owner for this nice experience. Small comfortable room.

It's a small studio in a good location. The owners were always in contact and we had everything we needed. Good place to come back to after exploring the island to rest up. Definitely very clean and cost effective.

Tiny comfortable room.

Comfortable bed, great tiny bathroom and good shower, handy location, not far from beaches and restaurants. Good air conditioner. Needed ear plugs for the noise of the city traffic.

Cozy Apartment

Very tiny yet cozy space. The room was clean, provided daily essentials, such as towels, a few toiletries, kitchen utensils/appliances and laundromat downstairs. Location was perfect, a 2-3 min walk to the beach, close to many food shops, including the Musubi Cafe & food truck next door which was a plus! Alexei was very helpful with our queries and quickly expedited minor issues. Would definitely recommend for anyone that is looking for a comfortable place to stay in and planning to go out and about to explore the beautiful island of Oahu.

Always return with a smile

We have been staying here for a number of years and it has served us well. The unit is clean and adequate. Its proximity to the beach and all amenities made our stay most enjoyable. The owners really take care of the place and the up keep of the suite is well maintained. They are also very accommodating in terms of late check out as well. Good luck getting into suite as it's so popular. Quite a gem.

Perfect location, compact apartment in Waikiki

My experience staying at this property was extremely positive especially thanks to the host Alexei who responds quickly and is very helpful. While the apartment is small, it was still spacious enough for me and my wife to have a comfortable stay for about 4 days. We had everything we needed including plenty of towels and basic household items. It was also nice that there was a small balcony where we could occasionally sit down, relax, and get some fresh air. The building also has several useful amenities including laundry, convenience and juice store, and several food trucks right next door. The best part about this apartment is the location itself. The apartment is right at the edge of Waikiki close to beaches, major hotels/resorts and tons of shopping centers. We were able to walk to some of the best restaurants in the area comfortably and easily go to the beach everyday. We didn't need a car at any point which was amazing value. If you're staying in Waikiki and spending too much time in your accommodations, then you're doing it wrong. Which is why for us the size of the apartment didn't matter much. We literally just slept and showered there and spent most of our time outdoors. We would definitely recommend this location to those of you who plan to spend lots of time exploring Waikiki and enjoying the best of Oahu. Thanks once again to the hosts for making sure we had a problem free and great stay!

Great location, small and efficient!

This unit is small, and as previously stated, very efficient. Who lives in the room when you're in Waikiki? Make your breakfast in house, pack snacks from the kitchen/ fridge and eat out for dinner. We appreciated the induction hot plate, microwave and fridge with the small freezer. The shower is always hot. Drink the tap water- it's pretty good too! Can't get a better location for the price! The Bus stops to go East or West almost outside the apartment. Thanks Alexei and Matthew for prompt answers to questions we had. Will definitely stay here again!

Great location and rental

We stayed for two weeks and had an amazing time! The place seems really small when you first arrive but it's the perfect place if you don't require much and don't intend to stay indoors. Everything you could possibly need is within walking distance. The owners were great with communication and checked in with us to make sure we arrived and checked out okay. When you first arrive it can be a little confusing finding the lock boxes and elevators and the only con we could find was that the bed was a little uncomfortable and squeeky. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recoomend.

Fine for two people

Clean and tidy with everything we needed to be comfortable. A very small apartment, but we found it had everything we needed. The only thing I can think of, for improvement is a handrail at the head end of the bath tub, because the bath was slippery, for entry and exit.

Cozy place. Great for a couple.

My first thought was that it was smaller than I imagined. But after settling in, it was perfect for my girlfriend and I. Alexei was very accomodating in our arrival and departure times. I recommend this place for those who need a place to sleep, shower, and be out and about. Overall, great experience!
