Location and unit itself was so lovely, great layout, clean and pretty well stocked. Close to great amenities and right on the beach for swimming and sunsets. Next to quiet park, makes the unit much more peaceful than most on Waikiki.Unfortunately the kitchen faucet had no cold water, only hot. We reported it right away after checking in and the property manager came to visit and verified, with troubleshooting indicating it could be the cartridge needing replacement. He tried to convince us we didn’t need it fixed during our 4-night stay, but we disagreed, we like to cook and drink tap water and make our own coffee. He told us he would come the next day to fix it, but nothing. We followed up again the next day in person, but still no action was taken or attempt to compensate us for this clear deficit. Very disappointing.
