    Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. During your stay, guests have exclusive use of the entire unit with no shared accommodations, as well as one complimentary parking stall (maximum vehicle height: 6`) located in the building parking garage on Floors 2–5. Vehicles exceeding the height limit or oversized vehicles are not permitted. Please park only within the boundaries of the assigned parking stall.

    - Guests cannot use our address to receive mail/packages, establish residency, claim unemployment benefits, credit card applications, identification or any other purpose. Please choose pick-up at the local post office. No Exceptions.

    - No smoking/Vape/E-Cig/Medical Marijuana in the whole building, in the unit or balcony/lanai. Do not cover or tamper the smoke detector. Violation of the No-Smoking Policy: $500 plus actual costs if anything needs to be replaced due to tar, ashes or burns.

    - Luggage storage service is not provided before check-in or check-out. Please use suggested luggage storage service instead

    - No illegal activities. Please do not use the TV for Pay Per View services/Video on Demand. Do not use the internet for illegal uploading, illegal downloading or other unlawful acts. Guests are liable and responsible for their own conduct.

    - We will charge extra fees for: Lost/Late return of Parking Pass and Security Key; If the unit was left excessively trashed/dirtied and damaged; Stains/Damages on the Towels, Linens and Bedding

    - If you send a booking request, that means you already acknowledge, agree and understand all listing information and all house rules.

Great location with parking in Waikiki. Unit was comfortable with a partial view of diamond head and the ocean. Furnishings could use a bit of a refresh, but still comfortable and clean. Overall a good value.

Location is phenomenal. Walk to the beaches and restaurants. The free parking is like striking gold. Don't be fooled by the places that say street or paid parking is available. It is not. Unless you want to spend YOUR vacation looking for parking, book only a place with parking. This apartment is roomy and has AC which is also gold in Honolulu.

The unit we stayed in was ok, but we didn’t realize how noisy it was staying there. There were a lot of external noises that often made sleeping difficult. Unit could use some improvements.

Great Condo in Waikiki

Waikiki has everything: beautiful beaches, lagoons for calm ocean swimming, waves to surf and boogie board (and rentals and lessons), so many restaurants, shopping, live authentic Hawaiian music and hula every day (much of it free), spectacular weather. It's not a quiet desert island beach. This condo is in a great location in East Waikiki (the less crowded side). It's very clean and homey. Comes with free parking, so you can rent a car for your stay and explore the island. Fully equipped kitchen. Really comfy king bed. Nice private lanai (outdoor balcony). The bathroom has a tub (you can bubble bath). TV. WiFi. Use of the hotel's outdoor pool, and jacuzzi, and brand new sauna. Bike share station right outside the hotel. We just loved it. Max stars.

This unit received non stop traffic, sirens and construction noise. Waikīkī is very noisy. The door key pad did not work one night so I sat on the floor waiting for my boyfriend to return from the beach so we could call the host (I did not have my phone) . The drapes in the living room and bedroom do not close all the way so be prepared for a lot of light early in the morning. The unit was clean and the kitchen has the necessary supplies except kitchen towels.
