  • Aloha and welcome to Waikiki! Our condo is located at the Royal Aloha. We are minutes from the beach and the Waikiki strip. We offer the following:

    The Royal Aloha offers a private pool and BBQ area. There is a community washer and dryer on each floor, and more on the first floor. You will be staying on the 8th floor, which allows for great views. And with the jalousie windows, the cross-breeze feels wonderful!

    The location of our condo is approximately half a mile from Waikiki beach. It is walking distance to the beach as well as to the International Market Place. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance as well. The Waikiki Brewing Company is one that we often frequent and is located across the street from our condo.

    This condo is privately owned by my husband and I, and we are committed to making your stay in Waikiki memorable. We will be available at any time for questions/comments/concerns. Although we are not local, our manager is. He is on call and available for any needs related to the condo. You will receive his personal cell phone number, as well as ours, just prior to your visit.

    We are well-versed in the island of Oahu. If you are looking for tourist attractions and events, we can assist with that. While Oahu is full of entertainment, it is also full of wonderful history. We can provide information on historical sites as well. The free parking stall is located in the parking garage directly across the street. There is very little street parking in front of the condo, but there is a loading/unloading zone at the building entrance.

    Our condo is located in the heart of Waikiki, a lively and bustling city. It is NOT the place to be if you're looking for serenity, calm and quiet! Mahalo for your interest and we hope to host you soon!

Great Honolulu stay

This find was a great deal and great location, we really enjoyed the convenience of entry and also the included free parking spot. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Getaway

This property was perfect for our family vacation. It was just what we needed. The owner and caretaker were very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely recommend to families wanting a nice, quiet stay in Hawaii.

Cute little place in Waikiki

The place was clean and just as described. We appreciated the air conditioning units in the rooms where they were avaliable. It was well kept with some extras provided. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Stay, Old Building

Building is old and a little run down but this specific unit is nice. Comfy bed and property manager was very accommodating. Cooler and chairs very helpful. Pool small but clean and nice.

A wonderful stay and Julio, the property manager, was so responsive, helpful and kind. The space is great, we were able to make easy meals at the condo and save money on our stay--kitchen had everything we needed. Air conditioning worked great. Laundry is easy and convenient, kids loved the pool! Many thanks!

Family Vacation

There were five of us and it worked out well. Appreciated the beach chairs and towels. The views from the apartment were great (as pictured). Located close to the mall and beach. The parking for our rental was right across the street.

We had a decent stay for 6 nights. There were 5 of us and having 1 bathroom was a bit of a challenge but we made it work. Being able to cook in the unit was a plus and the assigned parking spot was very convenient. Hanging out on the balcony was also very nice.

Nice Condo

Condo easy to access and was as appeared online. Beach supplies were an added bonus. Some restaurants and shops and beach within a 10 min walk while Waikiki is 20 mins plus. Easy to Uber around to other sights. We had a fun time!

Convenient to the Honolulu shopping district. Several restaurants, coffee shops & food trucks nearby. The unit was nice and clean. Loved having the lanai to sit on. All the amenities were present. The building itself is tired looking. They had security staff on duty by the front doors most of the time. The pool is small, more like a kiddie pool. There is an elevator to get up to the room, but there are several stairs leading from the street to get to the entrance gate. We did have an issues with the parking accommodations at first, but the owner was receptive & fixed things quickly. Parking was convenient across the street.

Convenient location

Overall, property was as advertised. It was great to have beach chairs, beach towels and umbrellas available for use. Free parking was a plus. Property would benefit from a deep clean around AC vents. Beds were comfortable.

The unit was very clean & comfortable as advertised. Location is perfect very close to the iconic Waikiki beach as well as very close to all amenities in the vibrant Honolulu downtown. Owners were very helpful and allowed us a late check out on our fly out day which was very nice considering that flight was late that evening. My family and me really enjoyed our stay from August 20th to August 30, 2023 and look forward to renting this unit in future.

Great communication with owners and management

The property is just as described. I stayed here for five nights with my family. Both the property owners and the on-site management were very helpful. The answered questions I had. The communication was great.

First family Hawaii trip - June 2025

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment building. Considering how old of a building this is we were quite happy with our stay. It was very clean and tidy. Had many supplies for our use in case we had forgotten something. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to this area. The only thing I would say that could use improvement would be the air conditioning system and the fact that I couldn’t close the master bedroom windows and the noise from the street was loud at times. Thank you!

Waikiki vacation

Overall property was clean and easy to find. Very easy to go a short drive to go grocery shopping or pick up food from nearby restaurants. We felt very safe staying at this condo. Condo was perfect size for our family of 4 and had everything we needed. There was some traffic noise but by the second day we didn't even notice it. The only downfall was that the parking was across the street in another building, but it was easy to access, and that building was also very secure. We would definitely stay here again.

Great spot!

Great location! We loved the garage parking spot so we could go to and fro without worrying where to park. The city views were excellent. Overall, ot was a very convenient spot and would love to come back again. Other things to note: No ADA ramp in the front entrance, so we had to lift the stroller a few times up and down the stairs to get to the lobby. We noticed that the beds were a bit on the softer side. I prefer a firm bed, so the firm sofa bed was great for me.

Waikiki stay

Security was great and parking was relatively convenient. The condo is in need of repair but was cleanliness was acceptable. Does not have central air and the portable units are noisy. Probably would not go back but it work ok for us.

Basic Beach Digs

Property in need of lots of updates and it could have been cleaner. Kitchen utensils and pans are not in good shape. However, if you just want a place to stay and to sit on the balcony at night and enjoy the lights and the trade winds you will do fine here. Do not stay here if you are used to a lovely home or if you are looking for island green tropical secluded getaway.

City experience

We were looking for an affordable place for our blended family of six. This was tight and having only one bathroom required some juggling but we made it work. If city noise isn't your thing, do not stay here. There are sirens, loud vehicles, etc constantly. The location of this property has pluses and minuses. It is pretty close to things in Honolulu, but it is not exactly a relaxing spot. We did really enjoy the balcony and spent quite a bit of time out there. We also appreciated having the beach chairs and umbrellas to use.
