The description did NOT state there was major construction going on immediately outside of the lanai. The noise and dust was unbearable. Tore out pool, hot tub and deck area. Could not find another place within cost while on ‘vacation’..would like to be reimbursed bc of inconvenience and VRBO accurate description. Poor communication with VRBO

Awesome location

Very good location walking distance from many shops, restaurant and beach. Property manager replies very quick. Comes with a guarantee parking spot which in a very populated area is super convienent. Condo became our home away from home for the week. My family and i will definitely stay there again when we go back.

Great location!

Brought my parents back to Hawaii. Our location for stay, perfect! Short walk to Wakiki Beach , food , stores, entertainment! Love the partial view of Diamond Head from the unit! This unit is very lovely! Beds and pillows most comfortable. Communication with management, timely and efficient! I would definitely stay again!

Perfect location

U can't say enough about this place. This is my first time using Vrbo so I was pleasantly surprised that the check-in and out was so easy. Anytime i contacted the manager (1x before check-in and 1x during our stay) they responded back so promptly. The place looked just like the pictures and we were only a block and 1/2 away from the beach! I also loved that they provided beach towels and a body board for my little one so she can feel like she was surfing too.

Great location.

This condo worked well for my family. It’s close to the beach. The pool area is nice. We were always able to park in the garage although our rental was oversized. The elevators are fast. There is some construction but it didn’t affect our stay. My only complaint is one of the sliding doors was off the rail so we could never completely close the bedroom off from the living area.

Great location and prompt property management company

We enjoyed our time in this unit as it had the amenities and location we were looking for. The elevators worked fine as we had no issues with them in terms of it being over crowded and having to wait for the next ones. The only slight drawback is the parking since it was always full in the evening and took a while to find parking in the parking garage. Overall, I would recommend staying here.

Loved this property! Having a gathering area and kitchen was definitely a plus. Basic necessities were provided. Soft, comfy beds. Would stay again!

Beautiful property with perks

This was a great condo for our family of 4 (2 adults, twin toddlers). It is just as beautiful as the pictures. Great location; easily walkable to shopping, beach, restaurants. Nice view of Diamondhead. For us, the little playground was CLUTCH! Perfect for the littles on early mornings when things aren’t open yet. As for the reviews about the amenities, we found that we had plenty of paper towels, TP, trash bags, etc. Probably light on shampoo/soap, but we brought our own anyway. My only suggestion would be that there is no baking sheet/pizza tray for the oven. Oh, and the garage is a tight 6 foot clearance, so make sure your car fits (we just had to put the soft top back on our jeep before entering). But otherwise, we absolutely loved our stay. Coffee shop open early, safe parking with no issues, clean room with amenities, and the elevators were not a problem at all (as some had mentioned). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property!

Clean and comfortable

My wife annd I enjoyed staying here. The condo had everything we needed for a great vacation. Parking is always a plus. The only thing missing is an ocean view. We would stay here again. The management was very responsive to our needs.

This room was very nice, walking distance to a lot of restaurants, beach and shops. It's the city so a little noisy at times but overall was a good experience.

Contemporary Condo with a Great View

The condo was exactly the same as the pictures. Very cute and contemporary with a great view of Diamond Head. Very clean and well stocked with everything that we needed including beach towels, beach chairs and boogie boards. Check in was super easy and having downloaded the ap ahead of time was very helpful. I like that it was at the end of the hall so it was very quiet. It was nice having a laundry room on every floor. The lobby was very airy and tropical, but you could tell by the dated hallway, that this building has been around for awhile. A few negatives about the Waikiki Banyan - the deck with the pool and bbq’s that are visible from the balcony was kind of an eye soar and could definitely use some updating. The elevators were really slow (one was broken) and we had to make sure we added extra time to our schedule anticipating a wait. Then there was the parking structure - you can tell that when it was first built back in the day, they didn’t take bigger cars into consideration. It was very hard to navigate in the structure, turns and spaces were really tight. Some nights we didn’t think we’d find a space. Overall, the condo was very enjoyable and in a great location. We were in walking distance to the beach, the International Market Place, great shops and restaurants. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Condo was good bright and cheerful but just a few tips. Make sure you bring additional soap. Two sample bar for 4 guests for a week just doesn’t work. Carpeting was dirty. Hallway are dingy and dark. Elevator is terrible. Beware also they do not advise you of the service fee that VRBO charges and other fees until booked.

Great condo in a great location!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The check in and out process was so easy. The place was clean and perfect for our family of 3. The parking was a breeze and a great bonus to the property. The beach is a short walk from this condo and has many amazing restaurants close by. The beds are super comfortable! I would definitely stay here again!!!
