We rented this condo for a 10 day stay over the holidays. The location was great with great views, but the condo needs serious updating and cleaning. There was mold in the showers, stains on the couch, and the dresser in the second bedroom looks like it was bought at a yard sale. There was no air conditioning in the second bedroom. The Wifi was horrendous; could barely load a webpage. When I checked the download speed, most of the time it was less than 1mbps. Went down to the office downstairs to let the management company know the Monday after we arrived, and was told to use the 5G connection. Went upstairs and found out that we did not have 5G connection/WiFi available for this condo. Called back downstairs and was informed that someone would come up to fix the issue that day. Don’t know if anyone came up, but the issue was not fixed. Since the following two days were Holidays, Christmas Eve/ Christmas day, went down again Thursday to notify the management office. Was informed that someone would be up that day to fix the issue. Since I had a virus, I stayed in the condo that entire day. No one came up, and the issue was never fixed. Overall an unpleasant experience.
