Pool was not available and communication was not accurate

I spent over 12K for two reservations for 6 nights, because of the amenities that comes with this facility, but pool was not available. Pool along with its location to the beach were the reasons of staying at this facility.

A Great Stay

My family of 6 had a wonderful stay at Waikiki Beach Tower. The staff was friendly and very helpful during our entire stay. The property is well kept. The views were really great from our room- stunning actually. We really appreciated the house keeping staff- they were flexible, thorough, and even washed, dried, and put away dishes, which we did not expect. As far as location- we were able to walk to nearly anything we needed/wanted (except major groceries, but ABC stores were great in a pinch- and there are two ABC stores, each 1/2 a block away). It is tourist central, but we were the tourists and this place worked out so well :-D I would stay here again, no question!

Loved Our Stay

My family and I stayed here for a week to celebrate a birthday for one of my kids and it was the perfect location. A bit noisy, especially at night, but I’ve stayed on Waikiki before and knew what I was getting into. The condo itself was beautiful and really clean. It had all the things we needed for an extended stay, including kitchen tools, which were important for us when traveling with the kids. We didn’t want to eat out every day so it helped that we could cook occasionally. The hotel amenities were wonderful with only one negative in that the spa jacuzzi was shut down a few times during our stay. That was disappointing but otherwise, the hotel was perfect. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The next time we visit Oahu, we’ll definitely come back here!

I’d come back here in a heartbeat

We stayed and worked remotely from here for two weeks. This has the space, the view, the room cleaning, the gym, the pool, the ability to cook, a reservable outdoor grill and lounge, distance to the beach, and location that made the experience outstanding. Highly recommend for families that intend to cook and live more independently (than say, a hotel)

Short walk from Waikiki beach and shops

This place was so nice and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It is located right across the street from the beach and right down the street there are tons of shops. Everything was within walking distance. The views from this place were also very beautiful.! I would love to stay here again on my next Hawaii trip!

Valet service great....maid service great....front desk great....many alohas and mahalos given. View beautiful. On 16th floor, but elevators were always quick. Would definitely come here again.

Lovely Location

From our first day to our final day here, everything was perfect. Our needs and requests were attended to in such an amazingly quick manner. Really made us feel welcome and special. Literally steps away from the beach, and great amenities. This felt like home away from home. When we come back to O'ahu, we are definitely booking here again

Nothing Short of Amazing!

My husband and I stayed in this condo for the week of Spring Break (Mar 14th thru Mar 19th, 2022) with our three children. It was spectacular! There were far more pros than there are cons: PROS: - THE VIEW. Oh my-lanta the view is incredible!! We stayed on the 22nd floor with an oceanview and it was wall to wall. The master bedroom had a king size bed in it and the wall facing the ocean was completely glass, floor to ceiling, with a large sliding glass door. INCREDIBLE. The wall facing the ocean in the adjacent living area/kitchen/dining area was also floor to ceiling glass with a large sliding glass door. The view was amazing, I cannot get over it and I wish I could post a photo of it, - The amenities in the condo were perfect for our family of five, including a 5-year old who likes to routinely drop things. The condo came with glass dishes, as well as plastic, which was amazing for the small one. - The second bedroom has two twin size beds in it, and that worked very well for our younger two sons, and our third son slept in the living room on the pull-out couch bed. Surprisingly, the pull out couch was quite comfortable! - Each bedroom has a television in it, which was nice for my husband and I when the children went to bed, we were able to stay up a little later and still watch television with the doors open. - The unit is air conditioned, which is really nice, but it also receives some great trade wind breeze and so we opted to leave both of the sliding glass doors open instead and it kept the condo at a nice temp. - The building itself is wonderful, and the staff is GREAT. They greet you every time they see you, they remember you and your children, and are very quick to respond when you have needs. I also like that they are open and available for everything and anything 24/7. Our flights into Honolulu were delayed by 10-hours, but they were available for us to check in to the condo at 10pm and that was amazing. It gave us much relief after a stressful day already. - There is parking on-site that comes with the $45/day amenity fee. Parking otherwise is non-existent, so if you're renting a car like we did, just use their complimentary valet service. You're paying for it anyways, as the amenity fee is non-negotiable. - You can pretty much walk to EVERYTHING. There is a great breakfast place in front of the condo (long wait time, so join the wait list!). The beach is literally across the street! CON: - Elevators were slow. FIVE STARS!!

Great choice!

We had an amazing week in Waikiki. This location is superb and service is absolutely outstanding! You are in the middle of everything! They don’t have the swanky Vegas style pool decks that some other hotels have but that isn’t what we were in Hawaii for. Would stay again!

Beautiful ocean views

Nice updated unit with gorgeous ocean views from the living room and the master bedroom. Large balcony for listening and watching the waves. Loved the housekeeping service, felt like a luxury hotel. We'd definitely stay here again!
