There were so many positives about this stay -- the host Ty was attentive & responded quickly; the location put us a couple of blocks from the beach; and any essentials were just steps in any direction. My six adult children and I had a wonderful week and did not want to come home! Mahalo!!

View out the little porch. Had a towel drying rack -- super helpful!

Washer & dryer. Lots of beach toy choices.

2nd bathroom. Both had towels, shampoo, soap, and sunscreen.

Living room; we opted to not use the pull-out coach, but use the twin futon.

I have stayed at Vrbos all over the USA & this was the cleanest by far. That’s extremely important to me. Also, Ty was probably the best host I ever had too. He was responsive, friendly & informative. You can tell he cares about you having a great experience. We didn’t cook but the unit had everything we needed. Thank you so much! You rock Ty!

This was a great place to stay. The neighborhood was a little sketch, but its gates and safety is very clearly a priority. Inside the space was perfect for all 8 of us. The dryer didn’t work well, but the manager was responsive with an alternative. Definitely a great-5 star experience.

A perfect Waikiki beach condo

I can’t say enough good things about our stay. Everything was great and exceeded all our expectations! The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed (cooler, umbrella, beach chairs, towels, sunscreen, etc). The location was amazing, it was very easy to access the condo, and the building felt very secure. Our host Ty went above and beyond and was attentive and kind, which made our stay even better!

Waikiki Dream

This property was perfect for us celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary and centrally located enough for them to be able to easily revisit areas they hadn’t been to since my dad was stationed there almost 45 yrs ago. Ty our host was very helpful with everything we needed to know about the unit, building and area.I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to friends!

Amazing location

We are a family of 8 and had a 4 day trip to Waikiki. There was plenty of space and beds for all of us. The rental has all the amenities and necessities you can think of. Parking is included and fit out 8 passenger suv. It's close walking distance to the beach and the heart of Waikiki shops and restaurants. Host was responsive and also gave us suggestions on what to do around the island. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it.

Wedding in Paradise

First time using Vrbo and were very pleased with every step of the process. We were visiting Oahu for our son's wedding. Property host Ty reached out to us via email on a couple different occasions before we even departed for Hawaii with helpful instructions about the check-in process and details about the property, parking garage, and other amenities. We were hoping to find a great place to call home during our week in paradise and this property definitely checked all the boxes: Spacious rooms to accommodate my spouse and me, our 2 adult children and two preschool-aged grandsons, large wall-mounted Smart TVs the living room and each bedroom, secured off-street assigned parking space, convenient location within a couple blocks of Waikiki beach and close proximity to shopping and restaurants. Plus some nice additional amenities like a washer/dryer in the unit, a completely furnished kitchen with refrigerator, stove and dishwasher, and even a small wagon complete with beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie board, and a cooler.... they seemingly thought of everything. All-in-all, I can't think of anything that would have made it a better stay and would definitely book this unit again in the future.

Attention to details

We can not say enough great things about this property and the graciousness of the host. Though this is an older building (had a guessing what we were in for from the outside) the interior has been completely remodeled with more amenities then we needed. The host communicated with us on a regular basis, and answered all our questions. The property was spotless, and had everything labeled for us to easily find what we needed. Plenty of sleeping space and air conditioning worked well. View was limited, but we spent very little time in the condo during the day as it was an easy walk to the beach and downtown Waikiki.

Amazing Condo

Extremely pleased with this condo. It was perfect for our Party of 7. Super clean with lots of amenities! The host, Ty, thought of everything! Excellent communication! He provided very detailed and clear instructions for check-in/check-out. Everything within walking distance including Waikiki beach. Highly recommend!

It's got everything you need!

Very functional, clean, and comfortable apartment on the top floor. We had great time when hanging out in the apartment and it served as an ideal spot to come and go from our various activities. Location - Easy walking distance to the beach as well as downtown area. We had 8 adults and slept comfortable across the two rooms and living room couch bed. (note, there are two additional folding beds if needed as well) Parking - Parking spot included (that's a money saver), it was large enough for our 8 passenger Jeep Wagoneer to get in and out of the garage with no problem. Supplies - House is well stocked with bathroom, kitchen, and bedding supplies and charging ports throughout the house. Additionally, there's a cooler and water jug, snorkels, fins, beach chairs, umbrella, volleyballs, etc as well. Host - Ty is great and provided all the necessary information to seamlessly check in and check out. He was always available and responsive with questions and took very good care of us.

Wonderful stay with lots of thoughtful details!

Ty's unit was a beautifully renovated and well maintained place with a responsive host who provided an amazing array of thoughtful amenities. There were a lot of bed options - one smaller bedroom with a king bed (somewhat firm mattress) and bathroom across the hall, one large bedroom (basically a connected studio) with 2 queen beds, crib and high chair in the closet, folding twin bed, plush recliner chair, a desk, plenty of plugs for charging, a washer/dryer, and its own large bathroom. The living room had a pull-out queen sofa bed which was reasonably comfortable for a sofa bed. Ty provided just about anything you'd need in the kitchen (hot water boiler, coffee machine, teas, K-cups, coffee, creamer, cooking supplies, Ziplock bags, etc). The bathrooms were well equipped with plenty of bath, hand, face and beach towels, 2-in-1 shampoo/conditioner, body wash, body poofs, hair dryer, lotion, Q-tips, etc. There are beach chairs, boogie boards, folding wagon, snorkels, beach mat, etc. There's an air pump in the living room and a luggage scale in the kitchen. Note for light sleepers: the larger bedroom shares a wall with the elevators so you do hear them all the time. The building itself is older, towards the Honolulu Zoo end of Waikiki, with no amenities, but only a couple blocks away from the beach, restaurants, food trucks, ABC stores, and more. The parking garage is tight but the provided parking space is large and it was convenient to come and go, both on foot and by car. A++

Beautiful condo, kind host

The place is clean and bright, has everything we needed. Also very comfortable and safe, feels like home. I love that it has own parking, very close to the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Rental host Ty is kind, easy to talk to and very accommodating. We would definitely come back to this place next time we visit Oahu.😊

10/10 Oahu stay!

This place was a 10/10 stay! You cannot beat the location if you want to be close to Waikiki. The host was very communicative and kind. Check in/out was effortless. The house was fully stocked with everything you could need including fully equipped kitchen, beach necessities, fully stocked bathrooms. The beds were really comfy as well. The host also left some thoughtful welcome gifts. We would absolutely stay here again if we ever come back to Oahu!
