  • We are excited to announce the REOPENING OF THE RECREATION DECK INCLUDING POOL AND HOT TUBS ON MAY 20, 2026. Located only 1 block from world famous Waikiki Beach, this ocean facing, large corner unit with lanai and extra windows on the 36th floor, has panoramic views of the ocean, beach, pool, and Diamond Head, not to mention the sunrise and sunset views. Breathtaking!

    Our condo was completely upgraded in April 2026!! Enjoy the new and fresh feel of all our upgrades!! The living room is spacious and has furniture with a bright and airy tropical touch. Enjoy our full sized sofa bed with a memory foam mattress for your comfort and our two lazy boy chairs. Also for your enjoyment is a 50'' Smart TV with over 100 channels. There’s a full sized kitchen with fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, garburator and fully equipped, new cabinets for all your cooking needs, along with an adjoining dining area. The kitchen and bathroom have Quartz countertops. The bedroom has a brand new queen bed and an additional TV surrounded by ocean views. Also for your convenience, there are two doors leading into the bathroom, one from the bedroom and one from the living room. Included in the nightly rate is Wifi and parking. (a parking pass is supplied with the condo) Our unit is air conditioned for your comfort. We supply beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and boogie boards.


    The Waikiki Banyan is a very well maintained and family friendly resort. The brand new recreation deck features a large pool and 3 hot tubs, tennis court, basketball court, picnic/ BBQ area, and a children's playground. You will find a convenience store and specialty coffee cafe located right outside the elevators in tower one of the main lobby and a laundry room just outside our condo door.

    **INCLUDED in our nightly rate is PARKING in our parkade (a parking pass is supplied) and WIFI

This was our third stay at this condo and each visit has been great! The recent upgrades to the countertops and tile work were very nicely done! You can’t beat the location, being so close to the beach and the included parking is a huge savings over a nearby hotel! Our flight was delayed arriving but getting parked and into the unit was perfect, thanks to the great communications with the property manager. Once again, we couldn’t be happier with our stay!

Perfect Vacation The condo deserves more than 5 stars. We rent condos & houses when we travel and this is one of the BEST! It was sparkling clean & well equipped (dishwasher soap, plenty of paper products & shampoo, conditioner & shower gel were greatly appreciated) with everything we needed to be comfortable & prepare meals. We enjoyed the views of Diamond Head & the ocean from every window. The close proximity to the beach along with the provided chairs & umbrella made beach days a breeze! The recently renovated pool/spa deck is amazing too. Having parking included was a plus! Shari was easy to communicate with from start to finish. This will be our base when we visit family here!

Spectacular views. Great location. Parking included, with spots available! The only minor drawback was that the pool is closed for a number of months, but this was made clear to us before we checked in, so no surprises. Overall great stay.

I can’t describe the amazing views and perfect location if this place! Parking is covered as part of the room, it’s in a perfect spot for some lovely restaurants and beach fun. We did have to search for the check out instructions which we found in a drawer by the dining area. It was very easy though! The trash chute is right outside the room but is behind another door labeled “trash”. Sounds easy but my silly husband was looking for a chute out in the open on one of the walls.

Wonderful stay in a wonderful apartment

Very satisfied with our stay in your apartment. We were there for a week and the location was perfect. And the view of Diamond Head did not disappoint. Wonderful accommodations for the price. We’ll be back!

Waikiki holiday

Amazing views, great location for bars, restaurants and the beach. Well equipped apartment, with much needed air con. Really enjoyed staying here.

We were familiar with the building and the surrounding area, as we'd stayed there several times before, but in a different apartment. This apartment is fantastic, especially because it's a corner apartment with a breathtaking view. The apartment has everything you need and is well-equipped. We'd love to come back! Everything was perfect!

Clean, comfortable and well equipped condo with fantastic views. Great location for walking to beach a block away. Convenient parking and easy in and out of Waikiki by car. Mahalo for the wonderful stay!

This is a wonderful location with amazing views of Diamondhead and the ocean. The condo is clean and is perfectly located for easy access to the beach and all that Waikiki has to offer. Great place for anyone looking to explore and enjoy Waikiki.

Beautiful space!

We loved this corner apartment in Waikiki. The views and sunsets every day were just gorgeous - highly recommend! Unfortunately the pool / rec center wasn’t open but that would’ve made the stay even better
