Absolutely awesome on all levels

This is an absolutely awesome condo! The location is great, the kitchen was equipped with everything that was needed to cook our own meals. The view was amazing, especially during whale season. We will be back

Great oceanfront unit!

The unit is about 30 feet from the water. We spotted whales while sitting on the lanai. Restaurants, grocery store and shops are easily walkable. Two pools and hot tubs, tennis courts, putting green. Unit itself is lovely and stocked with amenities. Communication with the owner is excellent! We plan to stay again.

Perfect Getaway

Will definitely book again the next time we are fortunate enough to visit Maui. Good communication from the Sondra from the moment we booked until we arrived. Unit had amazing views, was very clean and had many features to make us feel at home. Location was great and within walking distance of stores and several restaurant options.

Amazing resort

We booked this trip in January and almost cancelled due to wanting to be respectful of the residents of Lahaina. I’m so thankful we kept our reservation and got to experience this amazing place!!! The people here are so caring and friendly. The property is beautiful and we loved that it was right on the water. We even got to see a sea turtle swimming right from our balcony. The rainbows were big and so beautiful!!! This condo had everything we needed. We only cooked dinner once, but Sondra had everything we needed including a large spice selection. The place is very clean, the bed is comfortable and we absolutely loved waking up to the sounds of the ocean!!! Her communication is quick and personable. We just can’t say enough good things. Coming home was difficult. We will definitely be back and are already planning another trip for 2025 with our kids.

Wonderful stay!

Sondra’s place is beautiful, tasteful island decor, comfy bed and a fully stocked kitchen. We had everything we needed for the beach and my granddaughter went snorkeling right in front of our apartment. Sondra quickly responded to any questions I had, while there. I am grateful to have visited Lahaina in the days before the devastating tragedy there, and I am deeply saddened by the loss of such a special spot.

Simply the best condo, with the perfect location

The condo itself is perfect. Clean, new, comfortable furniture and bed, with the most stunning perma-view of Molokai. I can only imagine the whales you must see from the beachfront lanai. (WHEN we return here it will be in the winter to catch that!) The property itself, Papakea, is our favorite in the area. Acres of green, well landscaped grounds, pools, putting greens and more. But even cooler is that you can walk across street to restaurants, supermarket, farmers market with hot food buffet, food trucks, boutiques. And it's super relaxed and inviting, compared to the high rise properties nearby that just seem cluttered and over-populated.

Ideal Paradise Condo

Pictures and description of condo are spot on! On the ocean to watch whales, monk seals, kayakers, boats, surfers and sunsets. Updated, Clean, Attractive decor throughout. All the amenities you will need and more,. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, Kaanapali beach & boardwalk. Able to snorkel right in front of resort sea wall.

Wonderful Week in Maui

This property is perfect! Don’t hesitate to book or it will be gone! Everything was supplied and an ABC store was right close by! Gas too! Pool is great and grounds were beautiful! Book it and have a great time!

The view from the Lanai will lower your blood pressure

We had a fantastic week at Sondra and Craig's condo in Honokawai. The view from the lanai is directly on the water looking out over the channel to Molokai. Sunsets were beautiful! Sitting and watching the changing skies and amazing clouds while we had our coffee or ate dinner really enhanced the experience. The unit itself is very compact but well designed. The bedroom is in the back near the entrance and bathroom, allowing the ocean side of the unit to take full advantage of that great view. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped and organized, making cooking meals simple and fun. They had knives that actually cut!! We had plenty of room to spread out for 2 people. The beach chairs and thick beach towels were a nice addition. The dryer does take a little getting used to as things aren't completely dry when you take them out. The property itself was perfect for us. Efficient check-in and friendly front desk staff, easy parking, beautiful lush well maintained grounds and 2 fantastic pools and hot tubs. Each had a pool hut with very clean bathrooms and lots of seating and tables. Very family friendly but also fun for older couples. Just across the street from the property is a little shopping center with a great market (Time's Market) that had everything we needed to put together a great meal. There is also a snorkel Bob's in case you want to get gear for snorkeling and places to eat. This location is also a short drive to nice beaches and Lahaina. We had a great time! We'll be back! Beautiful property and condo

Sondra's condo is lovely. She was really thoughtful with everything she put into the place. From the Bose sound systems, bedding, beach accessories, all the way down to the cutlery.... we were very impressed by the quality of everything. Would 100% stay with her again.
