We had a great stay in D304. The accommodations were perfect. We had an ice chest and chairs provided. (Also pickle ball equipment, which we didn’t use.)

Our stay was AMAZING! The room was clean and was exactly as pictured. It had the most beautiful view. The room had every thing we needed to get started with our stay. The location was ideal with food options and a grocery store within walking distance. We also enjoyed the pool/hot tub area. We will definitely be back! *The resort complex offers a free lei making class on Saturdays, it was wonderful! Definitely worthwhile!

Our stay at Papakea was everything we could have hoped for. The condo and the entire property were beautifully maintained and matched the pictures on VRBO. We were especially impressed by the professionalism and attention to detail of every staff member we encountered from the check in desk to the grounds crew. Would highly recommend these accommodations to anyone wanting to enjoy a peaceful, relaxing vacation in Maui!

This condo was beautiful and comfortable, with peaceful ocean views and we saw lots of sea turtles swimming by! We were visiting during a tsunami evacuation and Maui Paradise Properties was so communicative and shared helpful updates to stay safe. Overall nice stay and property.

Overall property was nice and room was great. Clean and well maintained. We did find ourselves driving to the other side of the island a lot so although there were things around us, location of unit caused us to drive a lot to other areas of the island. A few drawbacks:-Check in was a bit confusing after hours, instructions said there was a phone to call but no phone was there. Finally figured out there was a number sign to call. We figured it out, but after a long day of travel it was a bit stressful sorting out.-We didn't use property facilities at all (pool, green, courts, etc.). For somebody that didn't use facility features at all, daily costs were really high for somebody that didn't use anything. Unit did have a beautiful view and grounds were well maintained. - AC was really loud to the point we didn't use it. It bothered my partner to have it on. As such, the unit was really hot without it. Having a less loud AC unit would have made the stay a lot nicer.

This property was even better than the description and the pictures. The description and the pictures (and price/location) were the main reasons for selecting this property, and then we were overwhelmed by how much better it was in-person...which is saying a lot, because it looks amazing online. Our family of four had to get a little creative with morning bathroom planning, but for 12 days in this amazing location, we made it work! We will be back. Thank you for helping us make lifelong memories for our children. This was very special for us.

Wonderful stay

Great little condo with amazing ocean view from the lanai , In a beautiful resort. We enjoyed our stay greatly in this perfect little 1 bedroom condo, which offered everything you need for a beach vacation. The condo was super clean with comfortable beds. Few things where the ice maker was not working in the fridge and we found few critters running around, which really did not bother us much. It was awesome to watch whales right from your balcony. We will be happy to be back! Thank you for sharing the condo with us

Quiet relaxation

We selected Papakia for its relaxing less busy (first week in Dec.) environment, we have stayed at the resort several times previously and always enjoy the walk ability and nearby restaurants and groceries. We are a retired couple on our early seventies Security handled our 1am arrival immediately without the need for contacting them Unit D304 has excellent views and daytime shade from the lanai and the interior upgrades are excellent and all very clean and new You may have to bring your own spices and other condiments if desired but not an issue for us

50th Birthday Celebration

My partner and I had the pleasure of staying at your property during the Labor Day holiday 2024. We had an amazing time! The unit was described perfectly! The property was immaculate. We enjoyed our stay so much, that we actually extended our stay by a day. The only minor concerns were: usable to adequately cool the bedroom, water/ice maker on the refrigerator didn’t work and an occasional roach. Overall, we had a great time! The staff was amazing!

Our stay at Papakea Resort was absolutely perfect! The condo we stayed in was clean and exactly as described, providing a truly comfortable and relaxing environment. Honeymoon in Maui

Pictures are the exact view. It was wonderful and a great property to stay at. We loved the pool and mini golf as well as look & feel of the property itself. It was also a great location to do things across the island.

Great Apartment and View

This property was great and clean, and had everything you needed to stay there for a longer duration of time. Washer and dryer, dishwasher, and a beautiful view of the ocean. Great accessibility of ABC store, food truck plaza, supermarkets, farmers market and food options in walking distance. Only downside is there's no beach outside, have to walk over to the next property and it's not an ideal beach to swim/snorkel. Although airport beach is 5 minute drive, it was the perfect beach we went to multiple times.
