Great location

Location was perfect for walking to shops and food. Older condo but in good condition. Little hard to get down to the water as it was high tide a lot of the time but we were able to enjoy beach time regardless.

Perfect Family Spot

We travelled here with our 4 kids ages 2-9 and it was great. My husband and I rarely see eye to eye on a place being a good size and niceness (generally his standards are much higher than mine.) We walked in the door and the first thing he said was "this is nice." It was a perfect location by beaches, great food options, and the other people staying in the complex were very nice and friendly. Overall the experience was great. We will definitely be back.

Quiet and relaxing

This smaller sized complex is very quiet and relaxing yet within driving distance to everything the island has to offer. Home-style rooms stocked with beach towels, a cooler, and many extras. Just a few steps away from the pool and awesome ocean views. We appreciated the dedicated parking spot. A short walk to shopping for necessities. Sandy beaches nearby. Great communication with owners.

Awesome

We stay at the Maui Sands every year. This is our first year to stay in this particular unit. We really enjoyed the proximity of the parking to the unit. The units air conditioning units were excellent. The property manager was more than accommodating, they even added a crockpot upon our request. We stayed for over a month so our experience might be a little different from others, but I appreciated that the vaccum cleaner actually worked. The two bathrooms and showers were very unique for this condo conplex and so nice to have. There was everything we needed for regular cooking. The refrigerator kept things cold. They are enough plates and bowls that we didn’t have to wash between meals, they even have kids silverware and dishes! We will likely stay again for a month next year!

Maui paradise

I traveled with my husband and 85 year old Mother. We couldn't have picked a better condo Everything was so close to the unit The ocean was a under a minute and the pool was 30 seconds away The grounds very lovely and we especially loved having a patio where we could enjoy mornings and evenings The condo was very well equiped with everything you could think of The beds were so comfortable and the bathrooms were nice and updated. The condo was very close to some of the best beaches in Maui with free parking. We will definitely be back. Thankyou for sharing your lovely condo

Great location

My three boys and I had a great stay. Walking distance to some restaurants and ABC Store and a 5-10 minute drive to Black rock and Whaler’s Village. Very clean, very responsive host and had great pool/beach toys, chairs, an umbrella and even beach towels. Recommend!

Wonderful Condo!

Our family loved staying in Kristina’s condo. The condo was just as advertised. Very clean and fully stocked with everything needed. The kitchen and linen closet had everything we needed. My kids were especially happy to find snorkel gear, frisbee’s, and beach toys. We had a little trouble with the pullout bed and I messaged Kristina. Within 3 hours the entire sofa bed was replaced and we didn’t notice a thing! Daniel, her on island manager was more than helpful with anything we needed! The condo was beach front and my kids loved playing on the beach. It’s a small beach, but perfect for my kids. The location was perfect. Food trucks close and tons of restaurants and stores in walking distance. The local grocery store is in walking distance as well. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone.

Just what we needed!

Family of 5

This was our first time to Maui with our family of 5 (3 teens). The location was nice, not too far from anywhere we wanted to go. Short drive to Black Rock and other great beaches. There isn’t great beach access for swimming, etc at the condo but only a few steps to sit by the ocean and have coffee in the morning. The condo itself was pretty nice and updated. It is in an older building so you could definitely hear every footstep from the people above us. Luckily for us the upstairs was vacant most of our stay. Overall it was a nice place for a reasonable price. Not luxury but well maintained and a good location.

Great Place to Stay

It was close to everything we wanted to do. The place was clean and well laid out. The A/C kept us comfortable. The best part I am not sure can be replicated. We would walk to the end of the property to watch the sunset. Several other couples staying there would meet and talk about what they did that day. It was very enjoyable.
