Overall, we had a very pleasant stay but one minor thing is there is some sort of high pitch noise every morning from outside and you can clearly hear it in the bedroom that is closer to the external hallway.

Amy was great to work with. We had a dryer issue and she fixed it the same day so we could keep using it for laundry. Communication was excellent. The condo was clean and the views are amazing! It was so quiet as well. Very nice place.

You Can't Beat That View but...

we expected more. The online pictures and description conjured up in our minds a clean, well-maintained and updated condo. It was partially updated, yes. View was spectacular, yes. Cleanliness, no. It was not up to par, which made us wonder what other shortcuts had been taken by the cleaning crew. When I contacted Amy the manager about it, she didn't get back to me. I ended up calling her when the microwave broke on day 3 out of our 9-day stay. When I kindly asked if we could get another one, she felt she had to remind me that we were on an island and that everything had to come in on a boat, but she would see if they had a counter one in storage. (Keep in mind, there is both a Home Depot and a Costco less than an hour away.) I thanked her and she did bring it over the next day. No word ever about the cleanliness. (If you wonder if we are being too picky, there was a big wad of black hair in the master shower. Thick dust on artificial plant in bdrm 2 and on fan. Dirty handprints on doors.) We would not stay again.

This Condo is wonderful! I am a bit of a neat freak and this condo was perfect. The floors and bathrooms were clean, bedding and towels smelled fresh. The kitchen had everything you need for an extended stay, although we didn't cook. The beach towels and snorkeling gear were really useful. The AC is cold, when needed but keep the doors open and listen to those amazing waves! It's healing and relaxing!The building is surrounded by beautiful flowers and you smell them all the time. The balcony views are to die for! I had breakfast and coffee every morning while watching the sunrise. We swam with Sea Turtles literally right outside the condo. This was my favorite part of the trip!We walked daily to get coffee, pastries, snacks, fresh fish, pizza, ice cream, etc... This place really does have it all and totally felt like home!

Whales from lanai

The condo was as described-very nice! We enjoyed sitting on the lanai and watching whales and turtles. We loved sleeping to the sound of the “crashing” waves. The sunsets were spectacular. Most nights we simply walked across the street to one of the takeout places for fish and ate on the lanai watchig the sunset. We did not use the pool or barbeques but they looked great. For some reason the stairs to the beach were blocked off. I'm not sure how others got to the nice, but small strip of beach. I wasn't expecting much of a beach so that was fine with me. (I'm a bit on the elderly side so wasn't too adventurous!) Thanks for the use of your condo. I'd stay there again! PS the malassadas at the neighboring ABC store were a great treat. Once we discovered them we had them 3 days! Yum!

Rainbows, Turtles and Whales OH MY!

We had the best time at this location. We have stayed throughout the island in several places. This one will remain a favorite!Great views, plenty of entertainment off the deck looking at the ocean. Whales, turtles and snorkeling out front. The property manager is very responsive and truly cared about making our trip comfortable. Fantastic location!

We had a wonderful time here. Beautiful view and nice that there were binoculars in the condo. We loved watching the whales from the lanai. Amy was our first contact. She responded very quickly if we had any questions. Thank you for having us!

Views! Amazing!

The sunsets are incredible! Rainbows! Definately would stay again! Recommendations: Restaurants, Merrimans and The Plantation! We did a helicopter tour with Maverick! Highly recommend. Road to Hana, go early. Lava tubes are a must. Download an app for the guide to the Road to Hana. Also Trilogy excursions for snorkle trip. Will be back!

The view was great!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The property works well for those with mobility issues. The property has an elevator and handicap parking. The walk-in showers have benches and there is plenty of space to maneuver a rolling walker around the unit. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils, pots and pans needed. The sounds of the ocean were heavenly! Tsounds of the ocean were heavenly!

Nothing But Ocean Views

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The views truly are spectacular. The kitchen was well stocked, as well as everything you could need for excursions ie. 4 beach chairs, snorkel gear, beach bag and even an ice chest. We hope to come back again. The only little glitch-- be aware that VRBO says 3:00 check in. It is actually 4:00. Amy, the property manager, was easy to communicate with.

This property was fantastic. The views from the lanai were amazing. We saw whales and turtles every day and the 180° ocean view was stunning. The condo itself was well stocked and very comfortable for 4 adults.

Nice condo with amazing view

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is well equipped for what we needed, including beach gear. We made dinner here a few times and everything worked out well. The beach here has eroded more than we expected so we opted to use the public beach access points. They fixed the hot tub late in our stay but the pool and grills were in great shape.

Amazing Place!

Fabulous views of the ocean from the living room and master bedroom. The kitchen was fully stocked. Boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, and cooler to use on the beach. Highly recommend this place!

Great Unit, Great Views, Great Stay, tired complex.

Our stay was for 2 weeks. Communication with the unit manager was good. Check-in & check-out processes were easy. The actual condo unit was very nice. It was very clean & welcoming, has comfortable beds, (3) split A/C units plus ample fans & was well supplied with everything we needed. The ocean view was indeed spectacular. The pool & spa are nice with seating, tables & 2 gas BBQs. The complex does have elevators. We did enjoy our stay here very much. The Paki Maui property complex itself in our opinion is a bit tired. What was once a beautiful showpiece waterfall in the center of the complex is not operating & is now just a fountain style water pump. The grass is dry & bare. The igniter is out in one of the two gas BBQs but guests can & do use their own lighter to ignite it. Both of the property's ocean access stairs are closed & fenced off due to the hand railing needing to be repaired; a process that requires a permit & is a very slow process. However, many people do disregard the fencing & with individual judgement & caution do still use the stairs to access the ocean. During our stay the gas line in the pool area malfunctioned on June 28, 2023 which supplies the gas for the pool, the spa & the BBQs. As of our July 2, 2023 check-out date it had not yet been repaired. If BBQing is important to you verify that it has been repaired. These complex details may or may not be issues to everyone when choosing a place to stay. We did enjoy our vacation stay.

Even better than the pictures

Beautiful condo, breathtaking views, great location! Good snorkeling. Great food choices nearby especially the food trucks down the road a bit and Arepas across the street. Amy was wonderful always a quick answer to any questions.
