Very happy with our stay here. There are many practical amenities like extra towels, power strips in convenient locations, and adequate supplies for at least a week. They actually put a full bottle of hand soap at each sink, not those mini bar soaps. Great location, easy beach access, and clean pool. Walk to several restaurants, convenience store, and even a grocery store. Good communication before and during stay.

Happy in Honokowai!

The condo in Honokowai was perfect for our 4 person family. The view was spectacular, falling asleep and waking up to the sounds of the ocean was lovely. And so many beaches and activities to do in the area. Would go back in a heartbeat! The condo was clean, stocked, and stayed cool with the AC. Great vaca!

Fab condo, fab location!

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens) loved our stay at this Nohonani condo. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms, along with a full kitchen, was ideal. It is in a great location - in between Kaanaali and Napili, and has direct access to the beach, which we really loved. The view is stunning! We even saw a turtle there! The condo has beach chairs and a cooler, which we made use of (but no beach umbrella). There is aircon in master bedroom and lounge, along with ceiling fans. There’s also a washer and dryer in the apartment, and laundry pods were provided which is thoughtful. Papi’s Ohana (the best cinnamon rolls!), Pau Bakery and Bad Ass Coffee are all close by (walking). The property agent was extremely helpful when we realised we’d left 2 clothing items behind, they organised for it to be sent on to us! We would definitely stay here again!

Great little beach area.

Great beach area. Better than any other resort that I could see. Kids had a blast chasing ghost crabs at night along with snorkeling with the turtles and fish on the reef!

Beautiful location

This property was perfect for our family! Loved being right on the ocean. Beautiful views. Could see whales and turtles from the back porch almost always. Even had some turtles up on the beach every once in a while! Loved that they had coolers and beach chairs we could use, too!

Great spot for everyone

Property management was great to work with- answered all of my questions. We needed to go to Maui for a wedding and decided to rent a place with some friends to cut costs. Our kids (2 and 5) had a wonderful time! I was so nervous because it was a bottom floor. Although I did hring my own removable sliding glass door locks the doors were heavy enough that my 2 year old couldn’t open them. Whale watching from the patio was insane! Soo many whales we couldn’t believe it, We also saw a sea turtle on the beach. The first 20 feet out from the beach was really shallow and was perfect for our boys to enjoy the ocean without us being terrified, there were also a bunch of fish that you could see just 10 feet from shore!

Turtle Heaven!

Our stay here was very enjoyable. I was just hoping to see one turtle, but instead, I swam with dozens of them! There was even one posted on the private beach all day, so peaceful. Location is great, view is amazing, beds are clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all amenities to cook with and a BBQ to grill by the poolside with the gorgeous view. A few things that had caught our attention was the sun shade is broke so if you would like some privacy with leaving the slider open and to not block airflow, that could definitely be a problem in the summer. Visiting in the winter was not so much a problem for us though. I imagine it would be much more unpleasant to stay in summer. If you’re sensitive to sounds, the blasting of the waves at night can be intense and I would recommend ear plugs to soften the intensity. You will feel like you’re being taken out to sea!We loved it, and were all in for the ride. Be extra careful to always take out trash and keep crumbs and counter tops clean, and any opened food in ziplock bags. There are mini ants- ONLY if there’s anything left out. To be expected. We had left some seasonings for steak and fish, and some coffee. But recommend checking what’s in stock before your stay. There wasn’t much shampoo and conditioner for our family of 5- one tiny one of each for both bathrooms) and one small bar soap for each as well. Bring your own supplies and toiletries!They do provide dishwasher, laundry detergent and dish soap- very happy about th

Loved it

Overall the condo was fantastic ! It is a little dated but extremely clean . The sliding door screen doors were difficult to open and would at times come off their track but easy to fix . The condo was close to so many amenities which made the location perfect . The ad did say there were boogie boards but there weren’t any so you’d need to but your own. We would highly recommend this property and definite rent again

A little slice of heaven for us!

This was an amazing property to stay at. It was perfect location for us. The apartment was set back from the busy road, with a beautiful “garden view” in the back room. It made it feel very private. The other side was close enough to feel the waves rumbling in. It was easy to get to and bring in our luggage. The apartment was clean and the couch was comfy. The pool was close and haveing our own small beach there with a turtle most evenings was amazing. The sunset views were perfect every night. The kitchen had everything we needed for basic and simple meals. We did alert the manager about the sliding screen door being off its tracks, and he arrived within a few minutes to fix it. We did want to mention- the door promptly broke again. We think it was installed wrong- it looked upside down? Also- the security screen door on the front was nice to have, but it had to be slammed shut and I felt bad making so much noise closing it. Otherwise- this stay is perfect as long as you don’t have kids who would try to sneak into the beach or pool.

Enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved the location and the property was nice and clean. The only issue was that the patio doors (living room and bedroom) were not able to be locked. We tried numerous times to secure the door but you could force them open with moderate pressure. The area felt really safe and secure but always a concern that the patio couldnt be locked properly.

Ultimate Relaxation

We spent a week at the Nohonani and loved the property. The building is showing its age but the property management does their best to keep the inside on the up and up. The location is mere footsteps from the ocean and there can be great snorkeling found just outside the natural rock barrier. The bed could use updated in the master but we slept fine due to the soothing ocean waves outside our window. Any issues we had during the week were resolved within minutes by the management team. I will be staying here again. Mahalo.

Perfect stay

We absolutely loved our stay. The condo has the most amazing view. We loved the pool and grill in the common areas and of course the ocean. The only thing you need to make this the most perfect stay ever is AC. We were here on a hot week and with no AC, the condo would get too hot to not be enjoyable…. But everything else make the no AC worth it!

This place was great for what we are were looking for, and the property looks just like the pictures. You have your own private beach, the kitchen had everything you might need it was very realizing we got to see a turtle and even saw two whales from the house which was great. If you are doing the road to Hana it is a little far and will take the whole day

Right on the ocean, very comfy

Beach condo steps from a sea wall, with calming view, waves crashing (nice for me, a bit loud for others), very livable space. As all condos, shows wear, but nothing major. Sand and grit on floor, so feet will get dirty. Cost of being ON the shore? Also 3-minute walk to groceries, ABC, cafe, snorkel rental. North Lahaina, 15 minutes drive to Front street and harbor.
