The housing was just as described in the description and pictures. Anything that was needed to stay was provided. The view was excellent. We were able to see sea turtles from the balcony and also on the beach. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Overall this condo is amazing. The views cannot be beat, and it is very walkable to beaches, shopping and places to eat. It is in Lahaina, so a lot of rebuilding is taking place, not a negative, just an observation. Beds were comfy, plenty of room and amenities. Only two less than great things: even with great vigilance to keep food put away and the kitchen clean, there were still more bugs in the condo than I would have liked. Second, from the listing, it seemed there was beach access from the property. Technically I guess there were stairs, but they were underwater the whole time, so unless you wanted to swim to it, there was not beach access from the property. These were pretty minor things and did not take away from the overall stay.

We absolutely loved staying here. It was the perfect place. We spent every night watching turtles from the deck and saw several beautiful sunsets. Beds were very comfy. Two bathrooms is a game changer for vacation. The view from the primary room waking up is spectacular! The location was central and the condo had everything you would need for a perfect trip. We hope to come back again! Thank you!

Quiet, Clean, Easy

This condo was just right for us. If you're looking for a resort vibe with pools and beach service, this isn’t that. But we don’t spend much time at “home” when we’re in Maui, so it was perfect.The kitchen had everything we needed, the place was very clean, and the A/C and laundry in the unit were great. The views from both lanais (one off the living room and one off the main bedroom) were amazing. Beds were comfy and there were plenty of outlets for charging.There’s one bathroom upstairs and one downstairs, which worked well—we gave the teens the downstairs one and used the upstairs for ourselves. The beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler, and umbrellas were super handy.Overall, a great place and a really good value.

Great west Maui condo!

Just fantastic. Space for our middle school kids. View is phenomenal. Ocean access. Close to great beaches, snorkeling, restaurants, groceries. Among other things, we’ll always remember watching the Dodgers win the World Series here. Everything we needed for a week on Maui!

Turtle watching at it's finest.

Sad the beach is gone in front of the property (that's how the ocean works) but the view never disappoints. Just WOW!!!! I love this property. Second time staying here. Clean, comfortable and just forces you to relax. Highly recommend!!

We’d stay here again

Excellent location relative to stores and beaches. Right on the water - just a lawn and wall separated us from the surf so we could enjoy the sights and sounds. House had everything we needed to cook, and everything needed for a day at the beach (chairs, umbrella, cooler, boogie boards, pool noodle, and beach towels). Plenty of room to sit and relax on the balconies, or living room, and around the dining room table. Beds were very comfortable. A/C units all worked as expected. Parking spot was close to the stairs. Excellent communication with the management company when we had a question. We’ve stayed in a lot of condos and homes and while this one wasn’t fancy, it was perfect for a week in Maui. We would happily return here.

Great View

When we first arrived the air conditioning didn’t work. It was 91 in there. Could not get it fixed that night. Then the patio screen door feel off rough start. One we went to the office the next day they got everything straightened out place was nice. The view was awesome and the little beach with turtles was great. We had a great time. Would up stay again.

Air Conditioners don't work and you can't enjoy the lanai or view

It was extremely warm in the master bedroom. The air conditioner did not work properly. It barely blows any air out so it doesn't cool the room. We ran 2 floor fans and the ceiling fan the entire time and had to keep the blinds closed so you could not enjoy the view. You also can't use the upstairs lanai because the air conditioner unit is placed on it and constantly blows hot air which makes it like a furnace out there. You pay a premium for this unit with 2 lanais and a view of the ocean but you can't enjoy it at all. We travel to Maui often and thought we would try this unit. We won't stay here again and do not recommend it. Very disappointing!

Mixed feelings

I definitely had mixed feelings so I’ll run through the pros and cons. Pros: Well stocked- we had everything we needed. Comfortable furnishings. We were out and about during the day and early evening and the products they provided were almost enough for our 10 day stay. Loved having the washer and dryer in the condo. The views were lovely and we saw lots of sea turtles. It was quiet and peaceful. Cons: not the cleanest vacation rental I’ve been in. Not sure the Lanai’s, light switches or AC units have ever been cleaned. More on the AC, it never cooled. We had it set to 72 and it ran nonstop for 10 days and ranged from 76-84. We told the property management company on day 1 and the told us they were trying to get a HVAC company in for all 10 days. They did afterwards compensate us but it was awfully hot the entire time. Though we were perfectly happy with the condo’s grounds, the neighborhood was definitely sub-par compared to those to the north and definitely those to the south (but we weren’t willing to pay the resort prices in the south). I thought having restaurants and shops to walk to would be nice but those restaurants and shops were not nice. We went down to the food truck area and some guy was shouting at people and throwing things at the bus stop.

Great place - can't beat the view!

This property was very nice. The view is spectacular. As many others stated, we saw sea turtles right on the beach that is part of the property. The beach is small but nice and close. This is not part of a resort but a condo property so very small grounds but close to most restaurants and other great beaches. The only thing that I wasn't aware of, was the second bathroom was on the main floor so the couple in the second bedroom had to run downstairs to shower. Not a showstopper by any means. We would stay here again because the view is so wonderful. You can also walk to get breakfast or lunch to a nice little market and major food shopping is close as well.

Paradise

This property is conveniently located next to a small beach. If you don’t want to stay in the busy hotel area this is perfect. Probably saw an average of 10 sea turtles a day especially while snorkeling. Would definitely stay here again.
