We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. Having the ocean right outside the patio door was unbeatable…we saw some beautiful sunsets! My husband swam in the ocean right outside the condo several times and had sea turtles swim right by him. The condo itself was very clean as were the property grounds. Everything was very well maintained! We were close to lots of great restaurants, activities and sightseeing! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot and wonderful condo

We love this property. Over the years, we’ve stayed in this complex and 103 was our favorite stay. We’ll definitely stay again. The host was always responsive, helpful and pleasant. The condo is well appointed. Super clean. Very comfy bed and living room furniture. We had everything we needed and then some.

Great stay at a great place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay at Hoyochi Nikko! The first floor unit was perfect for easy access to the pool and ocean front area. The unit had everything you would ever need plus more. I highly reco.mend this property!

Fabulous

The condo is perfectly stocked, easy to find anything we needed. We cooked in most nights it was awesome. I would love to make my kitchen at home so convenient. Location was exactly what we wanted. We will visit again.

Amazing views

If you are looking for a place to hang out and enjoy the Ocean than this is the place for you. Breath taking views of the Ocean from the lanai and from the pool. Condo was quite and clean. Would highly recommend staying at the Hoyochi Nikko.

Perfect Getaway

The condo was very clean, well organized and stocked with everything we needed (towels, beach chairs). The view from the lanai is amazing and only steps to the pool and to the ocean. Very quiet and peaceful. Can’t wait to come back.

A Piece Of Paradise

We love staying on this property! The sound and sights of the crashing waves is a special part of our stay. Our hosts are great to deal with and they are always cooperative and communicative. Highly recommend this great place!

Great Stay

This condo met all of our expectations. It was great for two people with great access to the beach and pool. There was a well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom with large walk in shower, comfortable king size bed and with more then adequate furniture in the living room area.

Amazing!

We absolutely loved our stay! The view was incredible, the complex manager Allyn was so helpful and informative, the kitchen well stocked and the complex is conveniently located to so many favorite spots in West Maui.

Very nice quiet place to stay in Maui, but still close to everything. The best snorkeling right outside the door, turtles come right up to you.

Soothing Stay

Stayed 3 nights for 40th anniversary.(Recovering from hurt knee acquired from clumsy fall in Kona.) I was able to navigate condo and had beautiful views of Moloka’i, Pailolo Channel wherever I rested.

Fabulous stay!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our time in Maui. The kitchen had everything we needed, and more. Everything was so clean, and the few questions I had were responded to right away. I loved being right by the ocean and able to watch the whales and turtles right from the patio. We will definitely stay here again.
