Aceptable, sin servicios de alimentación
El hotel y las instalaciones están bien, las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas y queda ajustado el espacio para la circulación con las maletas y la manipulación de estas, la atención del personal y la limpieza estuvieron bien , sin embargo no ofrecen ningún servicio adicional, no hay restaurante por lo cual no hay desayunos y ningún tipo de Room Service. La ubicación es buena en cuanto a distancia de los sitios de interés, sin embargo su entorno no es agradable al ser anticuado y de mucho comercio. Es conclusión es un hotel que parece haber sido remodelado hace poco pero en medio de una zona vieja, que ofrece los servicios básicos de estadía sin alimentación .

The room was very small. Smaller than a cruise ship cabin. No soap at bathroom sink. Only in shower. Had to go out and buy soap.

駅から近く、周辺にレストラン、スーパーマーケットがありとても便利です。 お水はレセプションでいただけますし、使い捨ての室内スリッパを部屋に置いてくれてました。 部屋によるかもしれませんがバスタブはなくシャワールームでした（リンスインシャンプーとボディソープあり） 部屋はツインでしたが正直狭いです。良く言えばコンパクトにまとめられてる。家族旅行だったので狭くても大丈夫でしたが、友達とだったらストレスを感じるかも。 Expediaではコインランドリーありとなってましたが、ホテル内にはありませんでした。ランドリーサービスはあります。道を渡った所にコインランドリー店がありました。 綺麗だし、値段を考えると結果は良かったと思います。お勧め出来ます！

front staff was so nice that he helped me to talk with expedia about the change from two nights stay to one night stay. there are many restaurants and massage shops around the hotel to enjoy.

The room is small, so it's ideal for solo traveling or a couple on a budget. If you're okay with that then it's a great deal. Located in a pretty happening area. Lots of eating places right outside the hotel. And a 3 minute walk away from the Wan Chai MTR station, which was very convenient.

Great location that's a short walk to subway and buses. My room was very nice and clean. However, it's on the small size at 150 sq.ft. The area is very lively at night time with all the bars and restaurants, however, inside the hotel it was very quiet especially in my room. I was there for 4 nights and I never heard any noise while I was in my room. I would recommend this hotel.

The location is brilliant and I would stay again for that reason. However, I did find the room just a little grubby when I first checked in. There were hairs in the shower and stains on the bedside table. I didn't make a fuss because they were not big issues. The room was a touch small, but in HK that's to be expected. All said, location was great and the staff were very helpful.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for 5 nights and my experience was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to assist me, particularly when it came to the issue of my lost luggage. Their proactive approach in contacting the baggage service on my behalf was a huge relief and is a testament to their friendly and helpful service. The housekeeping staff also deserves a mention for their exceptional service. Every interaction was met with a smile, making my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. One of the standout features of this hotel is its location. It's perfectly situated near a variety of transportation options, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. Whether I wanted to walk to Central or Causeway Bay, everything was conveniently accessible. Additionally, the area is surrounded by great food places, adding to the overall experience of my stay. Although the room was small, it was efficiently designed with enough space to accommodate my luggage comfortably. This thoughtful consideration towards space management made my stay even more pleasant. Based on my experience, I wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again. Its combination of outstanding service, prime location, and comfortable accommodations make it an excellent choice. Also, the convenience of getting to the hotel from the airport was also a major plus. There is a direct bus, the A11, that stops right at the hotel.

Clean, good quality, friendly staff, very convinient location yet calm. Located just two stations away from the city central. It was better than staying at the very central itself, because it can be super noisy. Very good in total for the deal.
