We really enjoyed staying at this property. Lovely setting on a level lot with great water views. The home is superbly equipped with every you need. It felt like being in a home and we did not want to leave.

Overall, the home was very inviting and tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was wonderful. The lake view is awesome. One thing that struck us a little funny was that the neighbor greeted us and actually provided us with the correct code to get into the garage. It just seemed odd, but we didn't have any issues during our stay. We had a couple of minor issues, but the host was quick to respond.

My friend and I agree that this is the best property we have ever stayed at since we began to visit each of the Finger Lakes. So bright and open, clean and well stocked with anything you might need. We thought the labeling of storage items was genius-never saw that in other properties. Although we did not take advantage/use the deck/sunroom, we would like to say that if you have a large group or kids, you would love both areas. No question about staying there again-we would! Would also like to say that the next door neighbor- J----, was very helpful. When we arrived, the garage door code that VRBO sent wasn't current. Fortunately, we had the right one from the owner. But J---- came over and helped us navigate the entry. Thanks to J....

We had a great time. The place was perfect for the 4 adults and 3 children. The sunroom was a great spot for the littles to play. The kitchen was very well equipped. The town of Naples was nice. We went to a few breweries and a winery. Would highly recommend this place.

Better than described. Family getaway for a long weekend. Picked the perfect place. Kristen went out of her way to make sure we had a great time. Communication, house, amenities, yard, dock, all above expectations.

My family and I just got back from Russ's Roost and we had a great time! The house was perfect and includes everything you need - plates, towels, kitchen utensils and supplies. My kids enjoyed fishing off the dock and being able to walk into the lake with their nets. Fire pit is great and the sunroom was my personal fav!

This home was perfect for our recent friends weekend. It was very clean and extremely well stocked from the kitchen to the linens. It was spacious and cozy, the property owners communication was exceptional and we would love to retuen again next year.

The house and property are lovely. Very comfortable. I've rented many properties and this one had the best stocked kichen yet! It was nice to see items in the fridge, freezer and pantry that were left behind by others. So many properties want you to leave the place completely empty. We didn't need them, but found spices, flour, sugar, olive oil...all nice surprises (including ice cream and freezer pops!). Plenty of pots, pans, dishes, cooking utensils - you name it, we found it! Beds were comfy, there were extra blankets and bathroom towels available. The house really felt like a home. I reached out to the owner several times while at this property and she was quick to respond - very nice to deal with. The only downside (for us) was that the lake wasn't good for swimming. As a few other reviewers have mentioned, there's quite a bit of seaweed along the shoreline which we didn't find inviting. All in all, we had a great Labor Day weekend here.

The house was beautiful with plenty of room and an extremely well stocked kitchen. We loved the sun room, the deck, the fire pit and the dock. Our only non-positive comment is we wish we knew that the condition of the water did not encourage swimming as we are jump off the dock kind of people. We would stay again, especially over a holiday.

Everything was correct as listed. Nice place right on the lake. Watched the sun come up every morning. Easy to get to. Only complaint I had was one someone else described in the reviews and that was the barking dog next door. We realize this isn't the owner's fault. Stay here if you can, you won't regret it.

The property and location were exactly what we were looking for. Beautiful, updated home (although the kitchen floor needs a good wiping down). You can spend a quiet day by the lake outside the home or take a drive to visit other nearby attractions. The county park, about a 20-minute drive away, is a gem. Will definitely book this house again when visiting the Finger Lakes area!

Spent a long weekend at this lovely lake front home with our daughter, son-in-law and their 3 year old and 9 month old sons. With the weather in the 90s and humid, the beautiful shade trees in the yard, the lovely lake and the efficient air conditioning in the house, made for a perfect weekend. Everything in the house was spotless when we arrived with plenty of helpful information. The kitchen had everything we needed and the house was stocked plenty of towels, linens etc. The backyard green space was perfect for lawn games and the 3 year could easily wade into the lake and toss stones to his hearts content. Lovely accomdations!!!

Great for a family; has a nice play area. Multiple gathering spots. Shore set up great for paddling and playing, but not swimming in the lake because of the weeds. There is a beach in town. The only drawback is a need for better reading lights in the sitting areas. Excellent technology though. Would definitly stay again.

The house had everything you could imagine you might need for your stay. We traveled with 6 adults and 2 kids (age 2 and 3). Lots of room in the back yard to play, and the back room was nice for "being outside" when we wanted to get out of the sun. No bathtub, so we just used a small inflatable pool for the kids inside the shower stall. Kitchen was fully equipped, there was a grill outside, more seating than you will ever need. Good fishing off the dock. Would definitely stay again if we were to go back to the area!
