"This property was amazing! Very clean, smelled great, had fresh towels/cloths, shampoo/conditioner/body wash. "We had 7 of us and this house was the perfect size. The kids enjoyed the arcade items. We did wish for a little more stock of things in the kitchen. We needed bigger glasses to drink out of and there was no silverware insert in the dishwasher. We cook on our trips and could have used a bigger frying pan. Other than that, this was a 5 star in every other way."

"We've stayed here twice. It's the ultimate spot for seclusion but it's just right down the road from Leakey, Lost Maples SP, Utopia and Garner SP. The drive from Vanderpool to Leakey is next level.
