Great house, great host

The Coastal Beacon Property was a welcome refuge to stay while tarpon fishing Crystal River. A hot last few days in May this year, and the well appointed quiet location was a great place to return for a cool shower and air conditioned space after a very warm day on the boat.Shirrell was a great host and very communicative to all our needs. Would return for another stay

Perfect every time

I can’t say enough about this house. This is our second time staying here and everything is perfect. It’s a perfect location near my mother’s home and lots of outdoor activities. Any questions were quickly answered by the owner. We will definitely be back. The rooms are tastefully decorated and the floor plan is perfect. Roomy master suite, double bed and kids room. The toys in the kids room kept my little granddaughter entertained. Nice yard and back porch. If you want a perfect place to stay on the nature coast.

Perfect getaway

House had everything, the kids loved the bikes and toys. I wish we had time to use the kayaks. House was very clean and located on a dead end road which is perfect. I couldn’t be happier with the stay. We have family in the area so we will stay again in the future.

Great homebase for our daily adventures

We enjoyed our stay in Homosassa so much. This house was perfect for us. On this trip we were a family of 7 my husband, myself, two daughters and three grandkids. The home was spacious and very clean. We all had plenty of space to spread out and relax. We picked Homasassa because we love spring hopping, paddleboarding the spring fed rivers & we knew we would end our week with a scalloping trip. This home was perfectly located and made a great homebase for all our adventures. It's so nice to vacation while having all the convinces of home. We loved this 3 bedroom fully equipped home. The grandkids loved the backyard activities. Not only was the inside spacous, clean and fully loaded the garage was fully stocked for an adventure. She had kayaks, life jacket, bikes and so much more. We give this property a 10 out of 10 review. We would definitely book with this host again

Amazing location for a great getaway!

We had a WONDERFUL trip! The house was perfect with EVERYTHING you need to experience the Crystal River Homosassa area, as well as being clean and organized. We fished and kayaked the various springs everyday...with kayaks, fishing tackle and everything you need for the beach provided with the house it also proved to the an extremely affordable trip. Everyone we met was kind and offered advice on places to check out. We highly recommend kayaking 3 sisters springs and rainbow springs. Be sure to check out the crab factory for something to eat. We did go during scallop season so we to do a scalloping charter- it was so relaxing and very rewarding as we where left with almost a 5 gallon bucket of scallops to enjoy. The host was great providing us with all the information to make a great trip, be sure to following the costal beacon fb page to help you plan your trip. Also this house says sleeps 8 and it really does! We slept 6 adults and 2 children comfortably everyone had somewhat of their own space to retreat to at night, but had a great open living/dining/kitchen space for hangout during the day as well. Also it really seemed to be very centrally located everything we did was never more then a 15 minute drive. We would definitely stay here again!

The best place we've stayed!

This lovely home was the best place we have stayed so far. It had everything we needed and more. We were able to do so much on our 3 day trip with hardly any planning because of the home's amenities and it's convenient location to all of the places we wanted to go. Our two children were thrilled and we were very comfortable. This house is a home away from home.

What a wonderful gem in the heart of the nature coast! This property was conveniently located on a quiet, dead end street. Surpassed Expectations!

The host was very responsive and incredibly helpful. The lanai was the ideal spot for card games with family and friends, as well as dining. We loved sitting there to hear the birds sing; we could also sit out back and read while enjoying the Florida sunshine. The house is very well equipped with higher-end finishes. We thoroughly enjoyed the neighborhood. I can't say enough good things about this property and the host. We'll be back!

The most equipped and best VRBO I've ever been in.

Only 1 warning if you rent this. Better pack a lot of clothes cause you may end up staying longer than you think. Amazing and so nice. What an incredible area to visit. Shirrell has beautiful taste and makes everything easy. No steps, no dirt, no problems. She left us the garage door remote. Which was really nice? Because it's easy to get In-N-Out instead of punching that code every time.. Washer and dryer works perfectly along with everything else in that home. It's much more than a home. It is a beach home. Even though you're not right on the beach, you feel like you are.. On a very quiet culdesac. Close to everything. But you don't feel like that. It's very, very quiet. Beautiful Palm trees all around it. There are so many necessities that you need when you're on vacation. And this home has no lack of everything you need and then some. Lots of room for everyone and the backyard is also beautiful. We were fishing a lot and when we came home tired, It was like coming home to heaven.

Can’t wait to go back!

The house was so CLEAN and comfy! The master bed was so comfortable I am going to be buying the mattress for my personal bed! Clearwater is about 1.5 hours away and worth the drive. You’re about 10 minutes away from a hidden gem where you can snorkel with manatees and rent house boats! It truly was paradise!
