Chassahowitzka/Homossassa River Front With Two Kayaks
- I completely remodeled the Water Front Property with beautiful furnishings. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals. Large Master bedroom with a King bed and a Second bedroom with a Queen bed. Fast Wi-Fi, 65' Television in the Living room, and 55' in the Master. Both are hooked up to Cable with Free movies. The phone is connected for local calls. Large lanai room to enjoy a meal, morning coffee, or watch the fish jumping out of the water. The yard has two covered parking spots, plenty of room to store a boat trailer, a boat slip for small boats, a propane BBQ grill, and a waterfront deck for fishing out the back door. Two Fishing Kayaks are available for use AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE OWNER HAS NO LIABILITY IF USED.
We are within walking distance of the Chassahowitzka campgrounds boat ramp, bait shop, and bar/restaurant.
Great location in a country-like setting. The canal leads to Chassahowitzka River, and 7 Sisters Springs is nearby.

Had a great stay paddling the Chassahowitzka, so much wildlife, manatees galore, good fishing, very peaceful. Nice property and responsive host. Baird Creek was awesome at high tide. The inclusion of kayaks was definitely a plus. Thanks for the stay.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Eine toll ausgestattete Küche, 2 saubere Bäder, bequeme Betten, guter WLAN-Empfang und viel Platz. Die beiden 1-Personen-Kajaks sind super und es hat viel Spaß gemacht und es war für unsere Kinder ein tolles Abenteuer, gleich hinter dem Haus zu paddeln. Vielen Dank dass wir hier ein paar Tage verbringen konnten.

Stayed for a few nights for local travel. House was clean (although the scent of cleaning products was VERY heavy), comfortable beds, well-stocked, good water pressure. Ceiling fans in bedrooms made quite a bit of noise so they could not really be used without sleep disruption.

River retreat
Beautiful ! conveniently located to restaurants and convenient stores . It’s right on the river very relaxing. It was nice . The weather was back and forth some sunshine and rain so we stayed inside most of the stay the games provided was awesome! Thank you for the hospitality!

Host was very responsive. The home was amazing! The bedding was some of the best bedding, from the mattresses to the sheets, to the comforters. We had the best nights sleep. The weather did not cooperate with us. It was too cold to go on the kayaks but we found other things to do. Lots of nature trails, and little parks in the surrounding area. The kitchen has everything you will ever need and everything is in great condition. The camera in the living room was just a bit odd, but, other than that, definitely worth the money. I would stay again.

Family Fun on the Water
We chose this home based on the great reviews highlighting its cleanliness, convenient location, and dog-friendly policy—all of which were spot on. Cleanliness is very important to us, and this home did not disappoint. We were in town visiting family and had a wonderful stay. The house looked exactly as advertised—stylish, comfortable, and welcoming. We also enjoyed spending time in the outdoor space. It was a nice touch to have essential kitchen and bathroom items provided. Overall, a great stay and we'd gladly return!

This home was an exceptional place to spend time in. The set up was very relaxing, comfortable and functional. Absolutely everything we wanted was here from cooking supplies to bedroom and bathroom needs. The cleanliness was top notch. The host responded quickly to any questions we had. We would certainly book this home again if in the area.

Excellent! STAY HERE! Super cute! Extremely clean. The river is literally in the back yard. The enclosed porch was awesome as well as the deck and covered boat dock area. The kayaks are a added bonus and they can be launched right there. Everything you need inside and out! Stay here. You will be happy you did. We will be back!

Great Location, Comfortable home with Everything!!
Very clean and up to date. Everything you need for your stay. We cooked in every night. Backyard is on the channel and is so very peaceful (we were there in Dec.) Good location, close to grocery and a very short drive to Crystal River for our Manatee and Airboat adventures. Will definitely stay again. Questions posed to our host were answered within minutes so super quick response time. Loved it and we will be back!

Nice Property, Even Better Host
Nice home, very comfortable in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Marni is responsive and caring, there were a couple little things that she took care of immediately, couldn't ask for more. We enjoyed our month in Homosassa immensely. We got some tips on local places to eat from a friend of Marni's & they were very good. If staying in the area, don't miss Kim's, Art's Diner & Two Guys From Italy... great food from locals. It's a waterfront! Bonus - it's cute and very clean.
Our air was out at home, so we found this place about 15 minutes from our house. The air conditioner did not disappoint; the rest of the place was just as good. It's very clean, cute, and has everything you should need already there, except the chef. Lol. We couldn't get the TV/cable to come on and the hosts called us immediately to help solve the problem. Nothing was wrong with either, the last guest just plugged it back up wrong after connecting one of their devices. I'd stay again without a doubt. You can fish right from the backyard! Thank you for being great hosts!

LOVE this neighborhood! Walk along canals, to the boat landing, to the riverside Bait Shack Bar. Kayak to snorkel in the springs & swim with manatee. Fabulous house with comfy beds, everything you need in the kitchen to cook great meals, great lounge area, & the screened in deck was great for keeping our paddling & biking & snorkeling gear.
