This newly remolded home boasts a modern farmhouse design with large windows, featuring the landscaped yard and views of the dreamy blue waters of Tahoe. The home is on the highly sought-after West Shore located in Homewood, situated close to downtown Homewood and a 5.5 mile drive to downtown Tahoe City. The home has a stunning living room and kitchen which is a great space for the whole party to gather. With commercial grade kitchen appliances that are all touch activated, this is a chef’s dream kitchen. Imagine preparing meals for your friends and family while being able to enjoy the views of Lake Tahoe. The home also features special amenities including air conditioning, shuffleboard, foosball table, horseshoes, and a covered hot tub that are sure to bring entertainment for the whole family. With large flat screen tv’s throughout the home and a downstairs living area that has a wet bar, this would be a great place to watch sports, your favorite tv shows or host a movie night.

    Pets are allowed only at properties that indicate Pets Considered in the amenities tab. If you are planning to bring your pet, please conduct your search specifically for a home that is pet-friendly. Prior written approval is required, and a pet fee applies. Please call our office to inquire about your pet, as homes may have varying policies.

    County Rules
    Each county requires we inform you of the rules and regulations relevant to your home's Short Term Rental Permit. We thank you in advance for abiding by the rules below, also included in your signed in the Vacation Rental Agreement.

    Maximum Occupancy: There shall be no gatherings, events, weddings or other group functions on the Premises with more people than the number of persons stated on the Agreement.
    Parking: Parking on the street is prohibited at all times. All cars, boats, and trailers must be parked in the garage and/or driveway.

    Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are 9pm-8am, seven days a week, Noise carries easier and further in higher elevations and over water. Per the ordinance: No sound from the vacation rental home shall be audible from the parcel line during this time. Noise shall be minimized in order that it not be an unreasonable annoyance, disturbance or nuisance to neighbors.

    Lights Out: All exterior lights that are not needed for safety must be turned off between the hours of 10pm-7am, seven days a week. Per the Ordinance: All exterior lights must be turned off that are not needed for safety or other outdoor use to the extent that such other outdoor use is not an unreasonable nuisance to neighbors.

    Red Flag Warnings: Due to extreme fire danger, bonfires, charcoal barbecues and wood-burning fire pits are strictly prohibited. On Red Flag Warning Days, when fire hazards are especially dangerous, typically due to dry conditions and high winds, additional restrictions are imposed by the North Tahoe Fire Protection District and prohibited. You cannot use outdoor gas grills or gas fire pits during Red Flag Warnings. All outdoor fires are prohibited, both gas and wood. It is your responsibility to be informed of Red Flag Warnings. You will see signs on the front of all fire district stations, hear about it on the news, see it on social media and hear about it on the radio.

    Winter Driving
    Many highways, access roads and/or driveways are steep in Tahoe/Truckee and may be icy in the winter. To ensure your safety, it is critical that during November 1st - April 30th brakes, windshield wipers, defroster, heater and exhaust system are in top condition. Tires need to be properly inflated and the tread must be in excellent condition. Always carry tire chains, even if driving an AWD/4WD vehicle.     Summer Patio Furniture
    Patio furniture is available for your use during summer months only. All outdoor tables, chairs and loungers are put into storage in the fall, in order to protect the furnishings from winter weather. Barbecue grills, however, do remain outside for your enjoyment.

    Black bears are very common in this area and have become habituated to human food and garbage. Because bears no longer have a strong fear of humans, you may encounter bears during your spring, summer and fall stays. Feeding bears is illegal. Leaving food outside, trash accessible, or doors and windows unlocked is likely to cause significant property damage to homes and to vehicles. Please take a moment to learn how to be Bear Aware, so that we can continue to live in harmony with our wildlife.

    Office Holiday Hours
    The TLUXP office is closed on New Year’s Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Therefore, we are unable to accommodate check-ins and check-outs on these dates. Thank you for understanding.

Beautiful Property

We absolutely loved our stay here. Close to the ski resort and plenty of things to do and see. The house was beautiful and had everything that we needed. The directions to access the house were very clear.

Amazing!

There were 8 adults in our group. We had more than enough room. The home was immaculate. Well-equipped with everything you need and more. The beds and sheets were very luxurious (we all ordered the sheets for ourselves). Very clean and beautiful. The view each morning on the porch couldn’t be beat. Cannot say enough nice things about this location!
