"Lovely place. They had all the amenities needed. The room was clean and check in was easy. It was very quiet and I loved how you got your own fire pit, and picnic table. The snacks/ drinks was an added perk as well. I will definitely be back."

"This property lives up to its "cozy" billing. (My wife called it our "tiny house".)
We were in Beaver Falls for a week- long conference at Geneva College, so the location was perfect!
The house is not high fashion but it is clean, comfortably furnished, and smelled fresh. (I particularly enjoyed the reclining sofa.) The beds were comfortable and the linens clean and soft.

"This house is a great find! It’s a cozy spot with excellent use of space. The neighborhood is pretty and quiet, and the location puts you about 30-40 minutes from all things Pittsburgh. The house itself looks even better than advertised. It’s immaculate, the rooms are good sized and well decorated; the host provides everything from water and snacks to toothbrushes and other amenities. And if you need anything special they respond to messages promptly. If you stay here, we would highly recommend...

"We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay! The property was absolutely beautiful, exceptionally clean, comfortable, and clearly very well cared for. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet.One of the highlights of our stay was getting to know our host, Carrie. She was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She made us feel right at home and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed.We really couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely stay here again...

"We had a wonderful stay. It’s such a cute little cottage! Very clean and Gwen (the host) is so nice! We went end of December and it was really cold so we didn’t get to enjoy all of the outdoor amenities, but it was nice. The site does say that it sleeps 4, but there is only one king bed… for those traveling with more people. Also, they do have WIFI, but no TV. "

"Property was very clean. The owners supplied everything you could possibly need, including extra bath towels, toothbrushes and bar soap in case you forgot. They also had the cutest little dog crate with treats and a feeding/watering bowl for guests that need to bring their small dog. Parking was on street, but there were no issues with finding a spot. There was a washer and dryer if needed."
