Our stay in Homer was great! The place looks exactly like the pictures and was nice and clean. Centrally located and super easy to get around. Highly recommend!

The property was in a convenient location with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. At the time we were there several trees were being cut down with chainsaws and a shredder right next to house. I felt that check out at 10:00 am was a little early and having to find and take the trash to a dumpster inconvenient. Great communication with the host.

Comfortable home and great location

Victoria is a very kind and responsive host. Gave us great recommendations too! The home is lovely with comfortable beds and is located close to everything. We were able to get to the spit for our fishing trip quickly, the grocery store was nearby and plenty of restaurants to choose from in close proximity. The home is equipped with everything you could need and having 2.5 bathrooms was great for our group. It was fun watching the wildlife in the front yard....bunnies and sandhill cranes. Will definitely come back again.

Homer Ak Cabin

This was the cutest 2 bedroom cabin in the middle of everything but secluded enough to be private. Had everything we needed to be comfortable and a nice view of the snow capped mountains out 2 very large picture windows. Each Bedroom has it's on bath but a third bath in the hallway made it very convenient for our family of 4. We were on the go but the place has a nice deck with grill for enjoying the outdoors. Would definitely stay here again should we get to come back.

My adult daughter and I stayed at Pioneer House in June. The stay had all the amenities you might need. It’s the perfect place for 2 couples. The beds might be the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in in a VRBO. It’s close to everything you might want to do in Homer. Great communication with the host. She was on top of everything.

Beautiful 2 bedroom home with all the amenities. Most comfortable bed I've ever slept on and bathroom off each bedroom. Good mountain view from house & deck with good screening from busy Pioneer Rd. Resident black bunnies in yard are very cute.

My husband just passed away and i decided to taje a trip to alaska to help with the grieving process. I was able to take a friend with me too. However, day 1 of traveling I got incredibly sick with the flu and ended up not able to do much. I was still sick with the flu when we had to travel home.

Great place!

Perfect for 2 couples. Highly recommend although the only place you can walk to is Alice’s Champagne Palace across the street but no biggie since we had a vehicle. No hot tub. Which we did not care about, anyway. Had a little trouble locating it because the other reference building is no longer marked so key in on “Alice’s.”
