The detached house features three cozy bedrooms—equipped with three single beds and one double bed, ideal for up to five guests—as well as two bathrooms. The small garden, two inviting balconies, and a stylishly furnished dining room with a large table for six people offer additional comfort and space for relaxation and socializing. The living area with a flat-screen TV provides pleasant entertainment, while the fully equipped kitchen, complete with all essential appliances and utensils, leaves nothing to be desired.
The house is located just five minutes from Symrise and BBS Holzminden and is also in close proximity to two supermarkets and a bakery. The city center, with its wide variety of shopping options, bars, and restaurants, is also just a few minutes away. You can also quickly reach the train station, the university of applied sciences, and the Stiebel-Eltron company.

Holzminden is located in the Weserbergland region and borders the Hochsolling. It offers sports, culture, and relaxation for all ages.
