"This property was amazing! Once you get up the external stairs and then the internal staircase you are left with everything you need for a short term stay. Beds and living room furniture are comfortable, kitchen adequately stocked, plenty of storage, lots of extra towels and very clean.Be ready to make many 180 degree turns into this home's driveway on the end of a busy street, but just take your time. Very nice location within walking distance to grocery stores and plenty of fast food...

"Definitely recommend staying in this cozy basement apartment. Viktoria was super thoughtful with all the details, made sure I had everything I could need. Even left some snacks for me. So nice to be able to do laundry after I had already been traveling for a week prior. Thank you for everything!"

"Wonderful neighborhood. About a 40 minute walk to downtown St. John’s which we loved. Spacious rental. While I had difficulty setting up a VRBO account to communicate with the property manager, I was able to communicate with people places and things through my email. The host was so kind and gracious and wanting to make sure that all our needs were met. Would definitely stay here again."

"Beautiful property and the host was excellent to deal with."

"Love the place, clean, beds are comfy, and the view can not be beat! Upstairs is WARM, bring fans as the AC does not cool off upstairs. The ice maker did not work nor did the fan in the upstairs bathroom. Parking can be a bit of a challenge, we did get blocked in a few times or had to wait for someone to move in order to park in front of the house, but did not take long. The biggest issue was when the neighbours had a party and at 2am two nights the music very loud. However hands down I would...

"The property, a traditional Newfoundland house, has been completely updated into a beautiful seaside retreat. It is very well equipped with numerous unexpected pleasant surprises and niceties. We especially loved using the deck and hot tub!"
