"We absolutely loved our stay at the charming Holualoa country home. The lanai boasts a stunning view of the ocean and sunset. While downtown Kona was sweltering in the heat, it was nice and cool on the mountain. I miss hearing the coqui frogs at night! The hosts leave lots of beach gear for your use - beach chairs, an umbrella, a boogie board, snorkels, a cooler, beach towels, etc., which is incredibly nice for those of us who fly in! We saw toads, a gecko, meow meow and heard the amazing night chorus of the frogs. All this and we were staying on an actual coffee farm! Happy guests all round."
