My friend and I meet in the middle in Lancaster every Memorial Day and this was the favorite place we stayed! Our kids (3, 7, and 10) loved playing on the little beach and floating on the rafts (it was still too early season for swimming). They also enjoyed watching the neighbors/hosts go about their chores and chatting with the chickens. And the adults loved that all the property perks kept the kids entertained all day!The place was clean, the beds were comfortable and it had everything we could need. We'll be back!

We stayed two nights and the property was amazing. The check in was simple and gps took us right to it. The cottage was very clean and the furniture was beautiful. We enjoyed the 1 up game in the evening before bed. We had a wonderful time floating on rafts in the pond and playing in the creek. The property is out in the country but close enough to enjoy things Lancaster has to offer. I highly recommend this property and I would love to stay here again in the future. Thank you for the use of your home.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals. The beds were very comfortable. The deck was nice to sit outside. Could use a good dusting in the corners. Will definitely book again if in the area.

Very cleaned and well designed place, out in the country. We stayed in the winter, but I bet this is a great spot during the warm months as well. Will book again if I’m coming back to the area!

This unique home was perfect for my family of 6. Host was very kind and available any time I had questions or concerns. The atmosphere is relaxing, beds comfortable, water pressure is excellent, beautiful outside, perfect deck w/lights for spending time on, and the gaming system tabel was an added bonus for everyone. This home had it all and more. Lastly, it was the perfect central location for touring cities like Lancaster, Gettysburg, and Philadelphia. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent time. The kids loved the yard and running all around! The pond was gorgeous & the kids loved the chickens! Inside was so cozy and added bonus all the books/blankets and the game table amazing! Thanks for the cobbler dessert left for us upon arrival it was delish! Thank you for sharing your cottage with us! We will definitely be back!!

The location was very nice and peaceful. Plenty of room for seven teenage girls to have fun! They enjoyed the pond which they affectionately called "The Blue Lagoon." There was also plenty of space to set up volleyball and other yard games we brought along. The digital game board was also a big hit. The girls even enjoyed some time on the deck Saturday night just chatting for a couple hours. Cookware and kitchen items were easy to find enabling us to prepare a few meals without fuss. The location, style and amount of space both inside and out made for a wonderful birthday celebration weekend!

house very well maintained, provide all supplies needed, property extraordinary clean and precious, lots of fun on premises, swimming, peddle boating, fishing, trampoline jumping, nice thick grass to run and play. we enjoyed every moment, no need to take our active children any where else. thanks again.

Stayed with my wife, daughter, son and some extended family. The house was clean and cozy. Property was very nice as well. My kids loved swimming in the pond. Everyone loved the home and the area it was in. I would definitely recommend this property.

Three of us stayed as a college reunion from 30 years ago. The house was immaculate. It was very clean. The quality of the furniture was very high. We very much enjoy just sitting on the porch overlooking the pond in the evening.

The house looks just like the photos. Everything was neat and clean and the property was perfect for our young children. They loved the bunk beds and playing in the pond and we even had a chance to play with the fireflies all around the yard on our last night. If we ever came up this way again, we’d definitely book with this property.
