We had a wonderful stay in Cley. The barn exceeded all expectations and was warm, comfortable, stylish and right in the middle of the village. Everything was clean, the welcome pack was a thoughtful surprise and much appreciated and everything was provided.We could park right outside the property and easily walk to pubs, cafes and the amazing deli which stocks fresh bread and delicious cakes, amongst other wonderful goodies.From Cley it is easy to access all areas of the North Norfolk coast as well as heading inland to Norwich and the Broads.Rachel popped in to say hello and was warm and welcoming..but our privacy was respected at all times. Having to the garden area was a bonus as it was quite the little sun trap!We will definitely be back as it was a real home from home.

We had a wonderful stay in Cley! The house was beautiful and finished to an impeccable standard - we particularly enjoyed the plush bedding, smart TV and the well supplied kitchen. Location was ideal for waking especially with our dog and great that you could walk on the paths to the sea. Good assortment of local shops and pubs within walking distance and lots more a bit further afield. Hosts were lovely and check in and out processes were clear and easy.

The information provided was ideal, so finding the property and getting access was straightforward. We enjoyed staying in a property which is in-keeping with the history of the village, but benefited from the restoration. The furnishings and equipment in the kitchen and bathrooms made for a pleasant stay. The beds were really comfortable so we slept well after our long days outdoors enjoying the beaches and wildlife spotting on the saltmarshes.

We had lovely week in Rachel and David’s spacious accommodation, very comfortable beds and bedding.Everything you need is provided in the kitchen even though a little small. A welcome package was very much appreciated after a long drive.Cley is a lovely location perfect for walking and the beach.Communication with Rachel and David was excellent.

Back Again

The Barn still has that wow factor on entry. Fabulous large open lounge, well equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms, large bedrooms - one with an extra room. All well equipped and decorated. Use of extra fridge freezer in adjoining garage. Parking for 2 cars (a premium in Cley). Well located for the North Norfolk towns, NWT bird centre and there is a great pub round the corner. No wonder we go back!!

Gorgeous Barn

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful barn property the pictures just don't do it justice !we really enjoyed Cley its a beautiful village with amazing walks to Blakeney and Wiverton. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay - just note that the second bedroom without the ensuite has a lovely bathroom downstairs but its a long walk to it - especially in the middle of the night !

Manor House Barn

We spent a very enjoyable week at Manor Barn. It is comfortable, very well equipped and spacious, perfectly suited for our family group of grandparents, parents, toddler and dog. There is the added bonus of parking and a small private garden. The barn is peacefully located with café, pubs, and a delicatessen in walking distance. Walks from the door to the beach, marshes and Blakeney.

Beautiful accommodation and location

Had a long Easter weekend stay, stunning accommodation, all perfectly appointed. Great location in the village with walks from your door to the coast.Rachel, our host, lives next door and popped in to see everything was ok and provide some tips on the area.Will definitely visit again.

Great location for a weekend getaway

Perfect place to stay if looking for an airy holiday let ; close to two great pubs and a fantastic deli. Compact kitchen but with everything you need. Two good sized bedrooms, with comfortable beds, at either ends of the airy barn conversion. One en-suite and one bathroom downstairs. This can be tricky in the middle of the night. Spotlessly clean apart from very dusty main beams. Hot water plentiful with great water pressure. En-suite shower could do with a little updating as outer surround looking shabby. All other furnishings of quality. We had a great time and would definitely return.

Lovely place and splendid location

Very clean, small but well stocked kitchen, fantastic sitting room. Rachel was very welcoming and provided lots of useful info. Cley is a great place to stay. Would highly recommend.

Very Comfortable North Norfolk Stay

We had a lovely week’s stay in a comfortable home, despite the weather being mixed. It is an excellent position with plenty of places to visit and to eat. The facilities in the home were good although the kitchen is a little small but overall a great stay.

Back to the barn

We have been before - that is why we came back! The accommodation and facilities are just what we want for a s/c holiday. The enclosed garden is a bonus. We were lucky with the weather too. Rachel is a fab host - she lives next door so keeps everything in good order.

Beautiful barn in a wonderful location

A fabulous barn decorated with high quality furnishings. The small kitchen has everything you could need and the living area is spacious and very comfortable. Top quality beds and it is set in a wonderful location; very close to the beach, pubs and lots of lovely independent shops. Would definitely come back again. Rachel was an excellent host!
