As advertised, it backs into a busy A road so don't expect to be able to relax in the garden for long. Once the doors are windows are shut though the noise from the road is hardly noticeable inside. Property was clean and as advertised, easy to access. Communication with the host was minimal but very efficient. Great communication giving us detsed directions as the property is down a hidden path but as we were prewarned it was easily found. Lots of lovely touches including dressing gowns in the wardrobes. "Had a four day break with parents, the cottage was spotless on arrival and well equipped. The wifi was occasionally sporadic but to be expected in a rural area. We slept well with no passing traffic and even with four adults there was ample hot water.Lots of seating and although weather was poor the outside seating area was great . Small downside was the property can be rented alongside next door(semi detached) , there is a locked interconnecting door but the noise can carry through a little ."

It had all the amenities one would need. The property managers were very responsive via email and text. Our only let down was that the hot tub had broken down."
