"Whilst the location was ideal and the setup seems nice (good quality kitchen and furniture etc), the walls and ceilings seem to be made of paper. You can hear everything going on in the accommodation around you like you're in the room with them. Luckily, they actually supply earplugs in the arrival pack!! I was also woken up by cars wheelspinning outside in the middle of the night so maybe not a nice neighbourhood. The arrival instructions also confusing where it showed 2 different parking...

"We are a couple from Costa Rica and will say our stay at The Westin Brisbane was truly wonderful, and a big part of that was the exceptional service we received upon arrival. Stephanie went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, she kindly offered us an upgrade and treated us with genuine warmth, professionalism, and a sincere willingness to help. Her friendliness and positive attitude made a lasting impression and set the tone for our entire stay. The room was very comfortable, spacious, and well designed. The beds deserve are very comfortable and perfect for a restful night’s sleep. The hotel itself is very well located, within walking distance of key areas, restaurants, and attractions, which made exploring Brisbane effortless and enjoyable. Overall, this was an excellent experience from start to finish."
