"Perfect property for two couples with two master bedrooms. The backyard with pool was very private and lovely, a shame the pool heater had just been repaired so the water was too cold to enjoy. The backyard landscaping was fantastic, extremely private from the neighbors including the other side of the duplex. Craig was very responsive, we genuinely enjoyed our stay at lovely Anna Maria."

"Beautiful property in an ideal location 1 block from beach. Private pool and waterfall are a highlight as well and are perfectly maintained. Feels like being at home with kitchen that has everything you need for cooking, beach towels, pool toys, etc. You can walk to Publix, beach stores and several good restaurants In 5 minutes. Can’t think of what I would change. We loved our 3 week stay."

"We could not say enough good things about our stay! We arrived very late, and because it was a keyless entry, we had no problem at all getting in! The house was very clean. And the beds could not have been more comfortable! When we woke up to the sunlight, we were met with a gorgeous backyard pool. There was a shed that had beach toys, chairs, a cooler and a wagon which made lugging our stuff to the beach, a breeze! The walk to the beach was under three minutes, so it was easy for us to go back...

"We worked remote for 2 months and had a vacation for the final week. Robert made every effort to handle our few requests with efficiency. Great location- close to beach but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for us to work but get a break when needed. We brought our own bikes, but we didn’t need to. This is a studio, so compact, but had all that we needed as we spent a majority of our time outside, walking on the beach, going to restaurants and shopping! All that we needed for week stay. "Great neighborhood. Quiet and friendly. House is small- like a 2 bedroom apt, but it was fine for us- as we were only two. Nice backyard. Primary bathroom should be updated. Hence the 4 star instead of 5 star review."
