Very cute remodel.

This home was very nicely decorated. Good location and close to the beach. We enjoyed the pool. There weren't any pool floats. Most homes we rent are equipped with more than just one roll of toilet paper and one tiny sample bar of soap. We had to buy more of these basic necessities.

Beautiful Home in a great location

Loved this house and it's amazing pool. It's in a great area on the island and has a spacious back yard. Not much shade but has 2 umbrellas that are easy to move to help with the no shade. Pool is the perfect size for a family (6 In our group). Would recommend to everyone. Only problem we had was the air was set to 82 when we got there and it took a little bit for it to cool down but once it did everything was fine. Will probably stay at this house again.

A perfect spot for our family of five! Beautifully renovated. Great pool, very close to beach. Attentive and available property management, special thanks to Tracy for helping expedite pool cleaning. We'd love to come again!

Paradise in the sun

Upon arrival the house was so clean it smelt amazing. Pool exceted expectations so warm and clean. We had to use the net during the week due to no encloser but not a down fall at all. House had everything we needed even an abundance of towels. How is a short walk to the beach and food. We all slept amazing in the beds. The ac had a problem but was fixed right away. We are so happy we booked again!! Thanks again ami accommodations!!

Great Island House

Just returned from Shamrock Palms on AMI, House and Pool were really great . Location is perfect with a short stroll to an amazing white sandy beach. House has everything you need for a great holiday .Loads of Linen and Towels provided and lots of utensils. Grill by the pool looks new and there was even a little truck to take everything you need to the beach. Extremely comfortable despite being a little worn in places. I would definitely return and recommend this house to anyone looking for a totally relaxing vacation in the sun. Anna Maria really is a little piece of paradise which seems to be populated by the most relaxed and charming people on earth.

Great property for a relaxed family vacation

The property accommodated our family perfectly ! We spent many hours having fun in the pool and working on puzzles under the shady umbrella. We biked to beach and to get ice cream daily !! The house was clean and comfortable, the master bed was extremely comfortable !! Thanks so much for a great vacation property on Anna Maria Island

Second Christmas on AMI in private rental home.

This place is amazing for a relaxing holiday in Florida. With five adults and 2 poodles our family can be difficult to please in one location. We returned to AMI and Holmes Beach because everyone loves it here! This house had some issues, but we still had a great time. The kitchen is fine, but needs all new pots and pans. The entire home needs some love...new sofas are needed in the livingroom. The scheduled maintenance happens during your stay rather than prior to arrival. This is annoying and leaves you raking and cleaning during holidays! The pool guy came on Friday, our last day there, this chemical fix left us without our pool!😢 We were glad there were no children in our group. The loose tile around pool deck and various other maintenance issues could be dangerous for little ones. The dressers need replacing because the drawers fall out and were splintered and stained inside. Would be nice if the grill worked properly too. The huge backyard got 5 barks from my poodles, after I raked up 3 huge piles of debris. Loved the hot tub once it warmed. Had to bail several inches of water from the pool to stop back flow from cooling the Jacuzzi. I think this place needs work but the location is awesome. I recommend it for adults who are willing to deal with some issues on their own. If you report and want issues fixed during your stay, you will waste days doing the maintenance superintendents job. I have stayed at many HomeAway properties, some with agency control and others owner direct. Not a fan of this association, unorganized and not very effective. The individual people were all very nice, but not efficient. Location 5 stars. Property 3 stars. Rental association 1 star. Not recommended for children under 14.

Large comfortable stay with a great pool and hot tub!

Our stay at Shamrock Palms was pleasant but the red tide season put a damper on our beach time. The home is very roomy and the pool is large and clean which got lots of use considering the red tide. The glass doors and windows looking out to the pool area make the home feel large and relaxing. The location is conveniently located close to the beach and near the local island shops and restaurants. We made frequent stops for ice cream in the evenings at Dips new and improved location. The home had TV's in every room, the laundry area was very useful, and we loved being able to grill and jump in the pool. All that said, we observed that the home is in need of some interior and exterior TLC. The kitchen cabinets need a refacing, repainting of a few interior doors, blinds were broken, lighting reorganized, bathroom light fixtures replaced, closets and garage cleaned up and organized, and the furniture reorganized to make better use of living spaces. The furniture pieces were okay but seemed to be a patchwork of furniture from different properties. The exterior is in need of new paint and overhaul of exterior siding trim work, and landscaping in the pool area. If given the proper care along with a few improvements, this home can be a popular and sought after location for all seeking the perfect island vacation.

Great place!

The house was great. Older, but clean. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub everyday. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. The rental company itself could be a little better when it comes to supplying more than one dishwasher tablet, one garbage bag, and one roll of toliet paper. ..you could go back and get more, but who wants to run to the rental place everyday? Check in and out was super easy.
