This was the vacation of our dreams. This beautiful home met all of our needs and made our stay so comfortable. Plenty of space for our family of 7, and the host was incredibly responsive and pleasant. By far the most well stocked home we’ve ever stayed in on the island. We hope we have the chance to come back soon!

Everything about this property was very nice with exception of two things which were pretty important to our family vacation. 1st The TV's in the house did not work and when they did, they were way to confusing and frustrating. we have a 3 and 6 year old, a family tradition on vaca is; we all fall sleep together in the same bed watching tv at night. 2nd issue was the hot tub did not work. when pay close to 8k for the week I would expect that everything work or was not frustrating to figure out how to use. We would 100% rent this place again and the company that runs place for the owners was over top when accommodating us or answering our questions, like can you please turn on the TV's LOL!!

Very disappointing

Roof leak poured water through an electrical overhead light-ceiling damaged prior to our stay-wet counter and board games including floor. I called to report this and was told "yes the owner is aware". I conveyed my concerns of safety and question of why this wasnt disclosed prior to my booking? My concerns were met with silence. I told them the touch screen near the water damage was not working. She replied that they knew that already too. Just Wow! The pool waterfall, hot tub, and water spouts worked all of 5 minutes from day one. I called on day 3 and was told someone would come fix it.They never showed up. Upstairs the flooring in the sitting area is incredibly damaged from water becoming a tripping hazard. The rooftop deck boards are popping up and a beer bottle was on the roof in clear view where the angles joined. Bottoms of doors throughout the house were damaged with obvious need of repair mismatch paint random touch ups- The kitchen had ONE large pot making it impossible to cook. The handheld can opener was broken. The "spices" the description notes consisted of a tad of salt and pepper and empty bottles of others. The fridge and freezer appear large on the outside however very small inside little depth limiting what would be a basic 3 day food supply. The floors in the entire hone were dirty upon arriving making clean bare feet black in just a few strolls indoors. Floats were molded Almost 8k spent for this! Zero cares by management or owner.

House was amazing. However- I asked if we could check in 2 hours early as we had an early flt. I was told it would cost us 25% of a day rate. Afters. pending over 25,000 for two weeks That was a very bad business practice as we would never book through you ever again!

Thanksgiving 2024

Spent a week at this property, perfect for our family of 5. Beautiful house, 3 minute walk to the beach with wagon, chairs, towels, umbrella, etc all included. Kitchen was great for our Thanksgiving dinner, plenty big for all 5 of us cooking. Bedrooms, pools, entire house all great. Will 100% book again if in the area.

This property was beautiful, clean and very spacious! The proximity to the beach was definitely an added bonus…just a very short walk. Our family had THE BEST time and we would highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect property!

Dream Home!!

This gorgeous house is conveniently located one block from the beach. It has all the perfect amenities for all ages to comfortably stay here. All of the rooms were so thoughtfully decorated and supplied. We hardly even wanted to leave the back yard and pool area because it’s so beautiful and well laid out. Anna Maria is our favorite place to vacation. This house made it even more enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

Great place to enjoy the island

This property is great and just perfect for one or two families. The pool is one of the biggest I have seen on AMI and great for “real” swimming as well as just messing around. The house is in a great location - we got a golf cart for the duration of our stay which was great fun - with bikes available for short trips. Everything you could need is there and the check in/out process is so simple. You won’t be sorry if you stay here.

Beautiful!

Beautiful home just a short walk to the beach. The pool area was gorgeous. Our kids were in the pool from sun up to sun down. The trolley stop is just around the corner from the house which was nice. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

Bevins Beach House (resort)

We had a great time at Bevin's Beach house. It was better than advertised. We had a family get together and everyone was impressed by the property. Everyone did an excellent job communicating with us before, during and after our stay. They are a great vacation home management organization, we couldn't have been more impressed by their service. The home was clean, had all the amenities advertised and then some. We would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend them to anyone. Bevins Beach House is top shelf.

Did NOT want to leave....

Perfect house for a family vacation. Pool was awesome, open kitchen layout was perfect for making dinner and watching tv. The bar outside was our favorite - enjoyed lunch and happy hour out there. We are ready to to back and would book this house again for sure!
